Dear Sir/ Madam,
I visited your store in Akshaynagar bangalore and faced bad experience which i have narrated below:-
Store manager sells products with false promises to customer saying assured gift will be given to you on so and so date.
I never visited Unilet showroom any time before because all my electronics goods i purchase only from Reilance digital or Croma. This was my first visit and will be last visit to Unilet showroom. I purchase washing machine from Unilet last month and store manager promised me that i will get assured gift on so and so date. I dint get any gift still and i also done follow up visits twice but still making me wait by postponing the dates. Never expected such worst service from Unilet. Is the company gives such bad training to Unilet staff and store managers that they need to sell products by false promise to customers.
I stay in apartment with 2800 flats which is just 1 KM from Unilet outlet. If i dont get the assured gift, i will circulate about bad service o[censored]nilet in the groups of the apartments.

I have bought a LCD TV from Unilet Electronic Showrrom in Kathriguppe, Bangalore. The LCD which was sold to me had lot scratches on the backside of the TV. I realized it after unpacking the TV in my home. It was unknown that the dealer sold the LCD which was used as display piece in the showroom. It had already run for 470hrs. Even after complaining the dealer no action was taken. Finally I had to fight with him for days to get it replaced.
Unilet showroom sales person and the manager are very careless. Please take action on them.
