Operator telling lies and they will not give refund. My domain. Vjic.in.
I asked opterate vicky is avilable postgress sql service that he say yes is avilable but it is not avilabe, they do not refund give me. I have many times talk with ther opreter but they will say i will check but they can not check. And opreter will say i will refund but not give.

Unionhost deleted my all websitebackups and files from last 7 days i'm raising tickets and calling on their given phone number but the are not fixing the issue. And also not listening.

Due to Hard disk failure in kir server now we have started to restore all the files from backup which is on process and today before 10 pm all the problem will be resolved

i was hosting 15 websites on it its 1.2gb data were on it.
now it's already 7 days gone but they are not fixing the issues and also not giving my backups. and now just cutting my calls how can i get justice should i go to police station for this?

Maine www.unionhost.com se ek domain aur hosting plan book kiya tha. Aur unke website builder ke through maine apni web page design kiya tha, meri website ka url hai "www.tracktutorials.com" aur registered emailid hai "[protected]@gmail.com". Ye website builder sare costumers ko hosting ke sath me free milta tha, taki wo easily apna web page design kar sake. Maine v kiya, mai is kaam me 14 months tak laga raha aur bich bich me apne site pe kuchh kuchh update karta rehta, but edhar kuchh months se maine apne site pe kuchh v update nahi kiya, but jab mai recently apne site pe kuchh pics add karne ke liye unionhost.com pe login kiya aur sitebuilder search kiya to dekha ki ek new sitebuilder dal rakha hai, aur wo old vala nahi hai, to maine socha ki sayd unhone apna system upgrade kiya hoga aur improvment ke liye, so maine usko open karne ke liye click kiya, but wo open nahi huaa then maine care me baat ki to kuchh der baad bataya gaya ki problem slove kar di gayi hai... Then maine fir se open kiya to new site builder open ho gya, but mera old website open nahi huaa, usme fir se theme select karne ko option aa raha tha. Agar me new theme select kar ke done kar deta to meri old website ka pura design change ho jata aur ye new theme apply ho jata, then maine fir care me contact kiya, tab mujhe bataya gya ki apko apna website fir suru se pura design karna hoga... Mai shocked ho gya, maine puchha why??? Then bataya gaya ki ye wo sitebuilder nahi hai so agar is sitebuilder pe site banana hai to beginning se banana hoga.
Mai ye kehna chahata hun ki koyi v website ek baar create hone ke baad usme bahot sare updates kiye jate hain baad me, aur har company ye option deti hai apne websitebuilder pe ki apne site ko edite kar sakte ho apni margi ke hisab se, aur agar company apne website builder ko change ya upgrade karti hai to costumer ke webpages ko new sitebuilder pe daal deti hai taki costumers fir jab v chahe apne site pe koyi v update kar paye,,,, na ki aaisa bolti hai ki dubara se website banao pura. Agar esi trah company apna sitebuilder change karte rahegi to kya mai har baar apna new site banata rahunga.
So is company pe action liya jay. Aur mere sath sath jitne v costumers ko ye problem huyi hai unka issue resolve kiya jay.
Mai youtube pe is matter ka ek video v bana kar upload karunga, jisme ki complaint board ka v jikar hoga.. Aur jo v yahan se update milega wo public tak jayega taki log jaan sake ki complaintbaord consumers pe kitna care kar rahi hai.
