I have Prepaid 398 rupees for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Flip Cover (UK-32390) from your store. However, I have received a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE cover instead of the product I ordered.
I have a parcel opening video as proof of receiving the wrong product. I also tried contacting you through WhatsApp, but I have not received any response so far.

The parcel cover is labeled as Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, which is the item I ordered....

On 20th january 2026 I made an order on this shoping portal. they gave noicification that they will deliver my product within 15days but till now there is not any update about my order. I sent email twice to them but no reply. I tried to contact them but there number is always switched off.
My order ID is : UK-32668...

Avoid this online shopping company.
They take payment and do not deliver.
My order has not been delivered for past 3 months.
I have written to their support id but no one responsds.
They keep the phone switched off.
Total bogus scam fake cheating company...
