It is regarding my recent order Order Number: UN-38227, which was delivered on 04/11/2024. Although the package was supposed to contain two items, only one was included. The missing item is,

I have sent many emails regarding missing item, but no reply!
Only automated reply/default reply they are sending!

Complaint marked as Resolved The uniquebud team called me today 09/11/2024 in the evening and they placed a new order with new order id UN-40851 for missing item and assured that missing item will be delivered in 2-3 weekks.
I hope to receive the missing item in time as promised by Uniquebud team!

I placed an order vide order No #19934in Unique bud online shop, on Nov 30, 2023 @ Rs 450/ Till date I don’t get any shipping details of id Order. Customer contact numbers are not available. After sending mail auto generated mail are replied back with. Please help me to get my order/my refund back/ and black list online service for pathetic user non friendly service.

Order a product from thier website, its been more than a month, no response from them and no information about my order. Mailed them and called them as well. No reply to mails and phone is always switched off. Product worth Rs 600.

I ordered one phone back cover for my motorola edge 30
I want to cancel my order . Order id 3583. But they are not responding to any mail or msg in WhatsApp. I cancelled my order within 1 hour and immediately mailed them but still now I didn't get any confirmation. I want my full amount to be refunded to my original payment method.
