We placed an order of bedsheet costing Rs1850 on May 9th 2023 and we transferred the same amount to the phonepe number o[censored]p crafts textile corporation number. We neither get the tracking number not got the shipment number. How can we get our item thank you so much.my phone no is [protected]

We were promised while purchasing the taj mahal that it will be bubble wrapped and there will be no issues. We have been charged rs.400 for it. But we have received the broken taj mahal and with no packaging.
More over we bought a ladies chappal it got toared within 2 days.
Very pathetic and disappointing.
