Dear sir/madam
i adarsh shukla pursuinhg medical course i.E. "bachelor in physiotheraphy" with great efforts i am pursuing anyhow medical course. My father was demise in the past.

I am very much dependent on scholarship disbursed & reimbursement amount. My college "scpm paramedical & nursing" is affilated to "dr.Ram manohar lohia university ayodhya". Due to not conducting exam on time university declares result post 1 month after up scholarship correction portal end up. Due to university late sop(s) i not been able to upload result of my 1st year as it is declared 21 march post after 1 month, as last date to upload university marks was 21 february.

I request to all the board members to withdraw their attentation here please as just because o[censored]niversity mistake of late result declaring i was not able to renew my form.

Its my humble request to do assistance as i am very much dependent on scholarship.

My UP scholarship of Rs. 14400 and Fee Reimbursement of Rs. 50000 was released from the government but Since from this year the scholarship has been transferred to DBT based account but as I had Canara bank account linked to DBT which was closed due to some problems.

During the application of Scholarship form on the website I registered the Bank Account as :

I Pankaj Kumar s/o Vishan pal Singh (SC CATEGORY) currently studying in fourth year of B.tech (Electrical Eng) from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology(BIET) Jhansi and I have applied for the scholarship with application Registration no. [protected], but when i check my scholarship status 2021-22 on scholarship.up, I found that the transaction is failed due following reason

Total Academic Allowance and Fee Reimbursement - 84300 Rs. & Paid
State Share - 33720 Rs. & central Share - 50580 Rs.
(Transaction failed due to Aadhaar Number not mapped to Account
Number)

But I have checked that my aadhar number was already linked, as shown in the image below.
I have attached the copy of scholarship status also.

Hence I humbly request you to please look into my situation and please resolve it as soon as possible since my education depends solely on the amount received via scholarship and its really important for me and my family.

But at this point I am totally stuck and I have no idea that what should I do now to get this problem resolved. I am Shailly Tomar resident o[censored]ttar pradesh, district meerut. Here m filling this complaint as my scholarship given by up government got rejected.

Reason for rejection is showing UID disabled for DBT which i have already enabled from the bank. My status showing rejected got updated during public holidays of Holi festival because of holidays i wasn't able to deal with the problem but the very next working day i have went to District welfare office but didn't get any help.
Thereby left with no other options other then filling a complaint. This scholarship is very much important to me. I belongs to a bpl family my further studies highly depends on it.

I applied for UP scholarship 2021-22 recently I check my scholarship status I have seen my marks are mismatched by University uploaded data and attendance is less than 75%
But all the details which i have provided all are correct and due to online classes they let my attendance less than 75% but its wrong..
My attendance is more than 75% and all my details are correct.

In my scholarship status showing that high school roll no not matched with UP board data and University enrollment no not matched with data. While everything is correct. Then I had recorrected that section. And then reforward the form from college to samaj kalyan office farrukhabad. Despite of this repeat that problem again. So I want to know that why it is occur again and again? And how it resolve ?
