I have changed my college and course. Last year i was admitted in vardhman college bijnor but i didn't give any exams and not even registered for the same. Now i am in jss academy of engineering college doing btech in cs. But on upscholarship site i am registered with my last college date which need to be changed. I transferred my pnb a / c from farah, mathura, ifs code - punb0485300 to surya nagar, agra, ifs code - punb0098300.

So the updated status is - "response not received by bank through pfms and data not digitally signed by dwo".

Is this problem occurred due to a / c transfer?
