Good Afternoon Sir/Madam,
I want to say that here is my courier tracking id [protected]. The delivery agent opens the parcel or upakarna.com sent the empty parcel. But now both company did not reply anymore, As well as upakarna.com deleted my user account from their website. Please refund me or send me the parcel again.

This company provide an empty box and claim they sent a parcel with a courier boy is seal pack and when we got the parcel, its unsealed but the boy refused to without payment they did not check me anymore so we paid and check but it's empty.

Now they deleted my account from their site and not allowing login.
