Dear sir,
We are leaving in madhavpuram sector-4, house nos. 623, 624 and 625 in meerut. Sir in front of my house this residential colony one of the building material supplier leaving at rent and doing the misuse o[censored]pavp blank property and colony roads for its building material purposes. Sir due to this work heavy traffic (10-12 tires trucks) comes in residential colony and small kids are afraid of it to paly and comes outside. Although the whole day stone dust, send dust etc. Flow in air and comes in home which creating diseases in breathing. He dint pay any heed and attention on request him by colony citizens.
In this sector milk dairy also going on by which this colony sever lines
Being choked and blocked and bad smell feels to everyone when passes through these ways.
Dear sir, we all are seek your support in resolving the concern by taking necessary legal and corrective action.

This is to inform you that i have been allotted flat in himalaya enclave.

I have paid entire amount till oct'2014. Approx. Three months have passed, but there is no clarity on possession. I have been asking from upavp officials at all levels (Till commissioner / chairman), but unfortunately nobody is responding to my issues.

I have also requested for interest payment (Which comes to rs 11 lakhs till date), but nobody is understanding my problem and there is no development at all.

Dear sir/ma’am,
I am writing here as an allottee under the housing scheme of gaziabad, mandola vihar (Gulmohar enclave) form #[protected].
As per terms, we have to deposit the monthly instalment amount in the oriental bank of commerce, sector-4c, vasundhara ghaziabad branch.
And we are depositing the amount in above branch but sometimes it’s not possible to do so as my job is of marketing and i have to travel very often out of state.
Also every month, i have to travel to ghaziabad to deposit the amount and have to take leave from my office to do so and you can understand it’s very difficult to convince management that leave purpose is to deposit the emi amount in bank and it’s happening every month.
My humble request is with authorities to permit me to deposit the emi amount in other branches of obc bank so that i can deposit emi amount without any delay.
Another matter of concern is that i have been never updated from uttar pradesh housing and development board on receipt of emi and neither received any account statement of received installments by upavp.
I here do request to send me account statement so that it can tallied at all ends and if there is any difference then request can be forward to concerned authorities to furnish it.
Pls. Help in this regard and oblige.
