Me n my friend went to a shop to have a cold drink, , they sell ₹10 sprite in 15 ₹ n when asked why extra 5₹ they say that it is cooling charge, , , they have this really big 2-3 refrigerators full of ₹ 10-₹70 cold drinks and if they will take extra 5-10₹ on each bottle, that will be wrong and cheating, , according to me ₹5 is a pretty big amount for cooling...

I was changing kitchen tiles so i called upbkokta suvidha kendra run by lp gas upbkokta gas agency recognized by govt of india in surat.The company men took 2000 rs advance from my home & have not given any card & unfitted gas pipe connections.since 15 days has passed & pipes are hanging in air & they have not completed fitting & they have also taken all the parts with them.there is no response from company when i am calling...
