Me n my friend went to a shop to have a cold drink, , they sell ₹10 sprite in 15 ₹ n when asked why extra 5₹ they say that it is cooling charge, , , they have this really big 2-3 refrigerators full of ₹ 10-₹70 cold drinks and if they will take extra 5-10₹ on each bottle, that will be wrong and cheating, , according to me ₹5 is a pretty big amount for cooling

Hi, gireesh Kaushik this side My idea mobile no is [protected]. my service activated from 1-AUg-2013.. and i got Bill 0n 13 th .. the amount is 1930 ...According to my plan 500 min, 300 msgs and 512 mb 2g data is free. but in the bill u didnt consider all this thing.... i talked to your customer care people . she told me u didnt got all benefits of you plan because your bill generate date is 12th of the month......than who will be inform me that i will not got all benifts of your plan..and second thing if you people know about my service start date ten why u people are generating my bill on 12th??? they people didn't inform me earlier even customer care persons call me twice as a welcome call Please please improve your service .. i am facing so many problem from...even from last 25 days i m just mailing you people for different complaints and calling to customer care but you people have not solution ??????? Worst service

I was changing kitchen tiles so i called upbkokta suvidha kendra run by lp gas upbkokta gas agency recognized by govt of india in surat.The company men took 2000 rs advance from my home & have not given any card & unfitted gas pipe connections.since 15 days has passed & pipes are hanging in air & they have not completed fitting & they have also taken all the parts with them.there is no response from company when i am calling them.they are only giving excuse that today we will send our guy.
