Upgrad And Zestmoney Complaints & Reviews

31st Jan 2021 I was enrolled for an MBA course and within 8th Day I requested to cancel the course due to a major financial crisis for covid that time. Till now it has not been canceled and it is more than 1.5 years now and requested the same to zestmoney but they are not canceling as well. Zestmoney is saying that they need a cancellation letter from upgrad and now zestmoney is threatening me to send people to my house.

To all, Please check attached snaps and please raise your voice for justice don‘t quietly suffer, I‘m sure there are millions like me.

I clearly mentioned since the beginning of the conversation, I cannot afford any payment still they put me in this trouble and now they are forcing me to pay emi of 24, 600, which I can‘t afford, being a student.

Upgrad and Zestmoney took me on call on 6th Jan 2022 stating there‘s an urgent process we have to do which put me in trouble of EMI (I didn’t ask for loan, they forcibly gave it to me which is not right). They fool students by offering loan in the form of voucher.

Now, they aren‘t cancelling neither refunding me.
