Dear Sir,

I am Santhosh Jagannath, I am B.Com graduate, i am from Bengaluru, i am working in finance company, i wanted to purse finance course, i called upGrad and asked for the course, upGrad admission counsellor told about the MBA and giving false information and misguided and trapped me. I took MBA course, when is saw the recording video it is just basic finance knowledge, nothing else, but admission counsellor told you...

I have opted for 60 ECTEs MBA with upgrad and later they have changed to 90 ECTES stating for 6 months it will be online and later I will be on campus with IU however the standard of professors and teachers were Subpar. So I requested upgrad to process a transfer to any other universities in Germany as iam not interested in IU. They did not do it and blocked my login portal and started chasing me to pay the EMIs. Unless Iam not transferred I said iam not paying EMI. Now they sent legal notices. I really don't understand how our government approves such fraudulent entity and takes action against innocent people like us to spoil our careers. Indian officials please urgently look into this matter and take action against them and please cancel their licences.

My name is Rohith Robin, lives in Kerala. Upgrad said that they will provide admission from International University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and I paid Rs. 280000, as my 1st year fees. But after paying the money and submitting the documents my application was rejected by the university. After that tried contacting Upgrad several times but they didn't respond. Just a week ago they responded saying we will not refund. Now I lost both my admission and money. In the response email by upgrad they are telling that the batch was started, so that we cannot refund but I didn't even get the admission, then how will the batch start for me. During the enrollment the executive o[censored]pgrad had promised me that in case your admission is rejected by the university, we will provide a 100% refund and now they are saying we cannot refund.

I raised a admission cancellation request with Upgrad campus on[protected] for a 9 month data analytics course and a placement program for which I took admission[protected]. I opted for a loan provided by Upgrad through earlysalary.
Due to sudden financial crisis and unemployed condition of mine I am not able to pay the EMI for which I intimated and requested Upgrad on[protected] to cancel my admission and till that time my courses is also not started. On this Upgrad requested me to share relevant proofs so that my financials crisis will be justified for which shared all the relevant documents and detail explanations.
However Upgrad didn't considered this and they denied to cancelled the admission. I am being following up since august which has been 1 months now and requesting continuously to consider my case as its a matter of survival for me and my family. But even to this Upgrad team is showing highly unprofessional behavior and denying to cancel the admission which is effective me and my family life.
Moreover earlysalary is asking for admission confirmation from Upgrad for which Upgrad is not supporting and every month I'm been charged bouncing charges. and my councilor is showing me bad behavior and abusive nature his mobile no is- [protected], [protected]

Dear sir,
I have took master in data science after a month I am not satisfied with course content and material, so I have raised a request for cancellation of my emi. But they refused. Totally waste of my money

I want to state my following fact that I m Samrat Acharjee, ago somedays I knew that at Chandigarh University, there admission is going on by social media, through online mode... Then I submitted my query for BCA course and also gave 10, 000₹ through upgrade for my admission at Chandigarh University.
Sir, Upgrade informed me more wrong things just like I m taking direct admission at Chandigarh University and if I seek, I can take BCA classes through offline mode. And I will get every facilities like other regular course students. And even during convocation programe I can participate and get my own certificate..
Sir, after admission cause of not getting any response by Upgrade, then I called Chandigarh University and I understood that I took admission at an third party institution named Upgrade.
I therefore request u that you will kindly look after my prayer. Now I want my 10, 000₹ refund and I will take direct admission at Chnadigarh University in Distance Education and complete my BCA Course.
