Pls my account accpet...

Do not use UPS for ground shipping. I shipped a stereo receiver from Canada to US for repair. The box was literally like new condition. When it arrive in US vendor said the box was all ripped turned on sides and dragged even though there were UP stickers and Fragile stickers. Then when it was shipped back to me it was in even worse condition.
Complete disrespect by UPS employees for transporting peoples property....

We've been interacting with UPS for a shipment of paper products received from our H.O. on 3/7/19. UPS has been harassing us saying that our shipments requires customs clearance, we fail to understand from when do customs require a clearance for paper products. My parcel is stuck in indian customs since 10th dec. I dont what indian customs is doing with parcel since 10th dec. What kind of checking they are doing as it just contain study books. This delay clearly indicates indian customs inefficiency and able to distinguish between right and wrong. This is inline with the ranking which indian govt gets w. R. T ease of doing business"..
