I Tejas hold a demat account I was trying to add fund but was not able to add from pass 1 mount so I tried out to do RTGS and did a payment In there app they show that IF WE DO RTGS AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN 30MINS NOW ITS BEEN AROUND 10DAYS I have still not received the payment in my account I had issued complaint many time but they use to have a same message that bue to lockdown they will slove the problem soon

Upstox not closing my account
I submitted Account Closure form in hard copy to Upstox and I got a confirmation of receipt of my form over email on 11.12.2020 but since neither any response is being given by Upstox nor my account is closed.
They have worst Customer care service, we have no option to call or chat. We can just raise ticket which we can't track.
I want to raise complaints to CDSL and SEBI, please suggest way to do it

I tried to sign up for Upstox account years ago, and I didn't complete it because they asked for PAN details. Now I want to stop receiving their spam messages to my personal number, which they sent everyday, regarding completion of account creation.
I have contacted Upstox support via chat, email, phone, etc. But they said they cannot remove the phone number from their system. I tired of this. Now I'm receiving spam from Upstox on my email too because I used it to contact their support team.
Such a failure this company is. I feel like my rights are being questioned and me helpless.

Because of some technical issues from upstox I was unable to transfer funds to my upstox trading account. So I contacted their customer care. They give me their HDFC account number and told me to send money directly to that account. Below is their account details

Brokerage Fraud
The Upstox / RKSV securities has pathetic attitude towards issues faced by its customers, it does not care for its customer at all.
One of the Upstox sub broker/ partner executed multiple spam orders in my account. I reported this to company and to avoid withdrew all my capital.
But inspite having no money in demat, the same issue happened again thousands of spam orders amounting to 1/2 rupees were executed in my account in loop and i was charged again 13 thousand brokerage. Like this i have benn charged more than 50 thousnad just for borkerage just because Upstox sub broker did some mistake.
When i contacted the sub broker/partner he responded its upstox platform issue and when i contacted upstox they told its problem of
the sub broker partner.
Should not be upstox be responsible enough to protect its customers and take care of frauds done by its own sub broker or partners and block them from its platform. But simply both are doing blame game on each other, and harassing the customer.
Still the sub broker is there and actively promoting upstox without facing any action. The upstox along with its fraud sub brokers have looted lakhs like this from many of the customers in the name of brokerage and simply avoid the customer when complains.
In spite of raising a issue with them and following up for months there is no proper response from them. They simply tell our representative will contact you soon regarding this.

App and website errors

I just sold intraday position of nifty 50 14450 CE at 13 and after 20 minutes (approx) the upstox app has crashed and didn't logged in.i tried to login from desktop but that too not worked...now my 14450 CE was not squared off as im not able to log in to upstox, as a result i got 6157.50rs loss and still the position was not auto squared off and it was still showing in my account...this was absolutely upstox fault...they had to bare my losses...those people simply says it was technical glitch...is my money glitch to them...im loosing alot...you need to take proper action and completely ban this broker

Loggin issue
Due to techincal error at Upstox home server I was not able to login the app and square off my position.Due to which I lost 50k on 1st february 2021.
Several call attempts were made to their customer care number[protected].
This is the wrost platform to trade. Have been facing the issue for past 2 weeks now.
Everyday UPSTOX will send a message Sorry for the inconvenience.

Worst customer service
I had opened my account with upstox because I wanted to invest in some stocks but I was not able to because I wasn't able to add funds in the demat account because of some technical glitch in upstox app.
I raised ticket several times but the support team haven't solved my problem at all instead they charge AMC and started asking me to make payment towards the same. Due to which I requested them to close my account and paid the AMC (without using the App). It has been almost 4 months, and still they didn't process the account closure request. The support team has no knowledge about their process itself. When I asked them first time about online mode of account closure, they said that there is no online mode (infact there is online mode process to close the account, which they said me after 2 months of request). Even after sending all details required for the account closure process they ask same thing again and again without checking the mail's and the attachments sent.

Complaint about false information provided while opening account

On 22nd oct 2020 I open an account with upstox just because my friend's boyfriend name karan needed to complete his monthly target to earn his commission..though I was not willing to do so but I did it only because I was said that upstox wont charge me anything unless I do trading with the opened account. I got call from person name omkar jadhav and he helped me with the procedure and now that I want to close my account because of the charges I contacted customer support and was told to mail the details for the further procedure after mailing them I got reply that email id is not registered with them and I need to mail from registered email id which I have no idea about. I want my account close with upstox and action to be taken against people for false and misinformation as soon as possible

With respect to below subject. My broker RKSV securities india pvt Ltd [upstox] gave additional credit of 199 vedanta shares on 16 oct 2020, which i sold same day unintentionally. They even gave cash credit of same amount on very next day.
I sold it @ rs 95.32 per share. Today they corrected their mistake by squaring off position and bought 199 vedanta shares @ rs 119.10 per share even after today's closing price was rs 99.25.
First they made mistake by additionally giving credit of 199 vedanta shares. Secondly they even gave cash credit of sold vedanta shares next day. And now they have squared of position with rs rs 19.85 higher than the closing price.
So how can they square of position with such higher purchase price than the closing price of stock.
I am attaching all supporting msgs which I got from upstox.

Closure of account
I had requested to close my demat account (all other related to upstox) they asked me to send demat closure form and asked to transfer the left negative ammount which i did till 27th july . So all done from my side, now they delayed the process and after some time the negative balance again increased and they again asked me to pay that.. (No one even reply on the emails even after multiple follow ups). Why should i pay that amount which is generated by their delayed process. Now again i have paid the amount but now they are asking me to send the closure form again.. i mean why?? During this process the amount will again go in negative and they will ask for that again, may be in future they will again ask for closire form.. its been more than 3 months they are not closing my account. Just making money and making customers in trouble.

I have been a customer o[censored]pstox and i have asked them that i like to discontinue there services as my share market broker. They asked me to send a hard copy of account closure form and to pay my existing dues.
Now its been 25+ days since my original complaint and there have been no follow up there i have been sending e-mails to them constantly and yet all they reply is we are working on it. They have even stopped replying to my e - mails.
My client id is 07320822.
Ucc 851981.
They say normal time to close an account is 9-10 working days it's way above that.
I want my account to be closed and stopping them to charge me for upcoming period. Since they have asked me to stop doing transaction and they are still charging me monthly fee charged on my cdsl account.

Upstox not initiating account closure and wantedly charging every month
I have been following withupstox id: 920081 for account closure since lockdown and they are just postponing and delaying account closure wantedly so that they can charge monthly charges to my account which is mandate for me to pay. Worst trading account. Do not open an account,

unethical behavior on my ledger

I have recieved a message from upsox that you have been selected to get free moneycontrol pro 1 year subscription. So i reddemed the code and took the subscription of moneycontrol. But later i found in my ledger that i have been charged 590 for moneycontrol pro yearly subcription.
And i have raised complaint too but its been 1 month my issue is not solved yet and my balance shows -590 due to which i cant invest

Hi, I had opened a demat account from upstox. They told me that this will be totally free. But after sometime they asked me to pay the maintenance charge. There are many hidden charges they are charging. And when I told them to close my account, they are not doing the same. And continuously charging me the maintenance cost. please help me

There are lots of issue on upstox pro web 3.0 version.
1. Can't see day chart after trading hours. Raised a complaint but got response that server is on maintenance. Since last one month their server is on maintenance.
2. Can't see margin trading facility in new version.
3. Unable to place mutual fund through their mutual fund site in new version.
As their is no option to deduct money from fund balance
Raised complain for all issues but no response.

automatic share bought and sell

I am really frustrated with upstox that it is auto buy and sell many times share from my account. And since last 2 months i have been trying to contact customer care but never responded for the same properly, they always create ticket and that ticket will remain open for me always.
Now i am here for looking help from you could you please help me to get me proper justification. This is my last hope for justice.

upstox upstox not working
Upstox login not working in the mobile app as well as in web pro to most of the persons whoever trading in upstox today.. As verified with 8 persons. After 1-hour try login has opened to one person but not listing stock details.. Very worst service providing. Why you people getting maintenance and service charge for upstox account. Please don't provide service rather give announcement as "today upstox service down don't trade". Bcoz it is the money invested here. Who will bare the loss? Please confirm the service before providing next day at least.

I was trying to open account in upstox but they rejected my approval 2times so i gave up opening account but at the time of opening i took their package of 499 rupees total amount 588.82 rupees inclusive of all taxes of brokerage but now they are saying they cannot refund my amount but i want to know why? Their was no policy mentioned that if company rejects my account approval then they will not refund the amount i paid my registered email id is - [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number is -9674679xxx

Upstox people r useless and b**ta**ds..i already registered on upstox, uploaded all my documents and bank details ...now when im trying to login its showing that my mobile number isnt registered..fcuking ### app and ### team ...better dont call me anymore..i cud sue u. Upstox now have all my bank and personal details.my security is under threat...i also uninstalled the app

Please don't be sub broker or partner for upstox. as they have all the way to simply avoid paying you any referral fee at all. I opened one as being partner and referred few of my links to open an account. I was surprised that no customers were added in my account and felt some kind of wrong there. So opened one of my friends account by sel[censored]sing the referral link and the same, no incentive. Then when I try to call their customer care, which I came to know not even existed. And then send an what's app message to said RM. upon talking to him later, he said, as the number was in their database entered some 3 months back. So me being pursuing that client to open account is worthless. So if some one look for an item at one shop but other shop gives good offer and feedback and sold the item, the fee should be paid to 2nd shop who sold it but to 1st shop where the item was just checked.

balance is not updating properly, causing no trade.

Every time i deposit some balance. After purchasing mf i left some balance for trade. On next day showing either - ve balance or zero balance. Because of that i'm unable to trade which is causing big loss to me. Every time i am writing mail to support team then they will update my balance.
My humble request, please update your software to calculate automatically. It seems you guys doing it manually.
