Giving Dealership with false promises and cheating

Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd Company Appointed me a Dealer for Pune and Pimpri, Maharashtra, promising good commission for their products in January 2022. They promised that the marketing will be done by them and I have to just deliver the product to the leads they provide. Months Company is not able to give me Business, I was promised to get 3, 4 Orders in a day, But even after 11 Months of dealership company is not able to sell even 4 Parcels, Called/Mailed to Mr Viraj sharma, Ms Priya, Mr. Awasthi, Mr Aditya Parihar, Sanjay Kumar, Priya and Soheil Khan, but they are not responding. Now I have the products worth Rs 85000 which are nearing expiery. They had also promised that they will take back the products nearing expiery. Please resolve this and get me my Rs 85000. I will return their products.

This is my third complaint they again commited to refund my 40000 by nov the placed cod order both returned ever i beared courier charges .big fraud is going on . even cyber crime is doing nothing, BIG BIG BIG scam.Now we are approaching media for this scam.

Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd company not refund my dealership money

Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd Company Appointed me a Dealer in January 2022 and was supposed to start the business by sending me the clients name to start the logistics business in sikar, Rajasthan, But even after 3-4 Months Company is not able to give me Business, I was promised to get 3, 4 Orders in a day, But even after 11 Months of dealership company is not able to sell even 4 Parcels, Called/Mailed to Mr Viraj sharma, Ms Priya, Mr. Awasthi, But very rude behavior and they also refused to refund the money, As at the dealership i was told if company is fail to sell material within 90 days they will refund full and final amount, But now either they are refunding our money and they do not attend calls, and if attended any calls, they say to wait when they get order, they will send us as their team is working on it.
I request Forum to please help me out
When i requested them to cancel my dealership as i m not interested in doing business with them and to refund my money they refused it.

Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd Company Appointed us a Dealer in june 2022 and was supposed to start the business by sending me the clients name to start the logistics business in Mundra Kutch Gujarat region, But even after 3 Months Company is not able to give us Business, I was promised to get 3, 4 Orders in a day, But even after 3 Months of dealership company is nt able to sell even 10 Parcels, Called/Mailed to Mr Mayank Aggarwal, Ms Sonali, Ms Priya, Mr. Awasthi, But very rude behaviour and they also refused to refund the money, As at the dealership i was told if company is fail to sell material within 90 days they will refund full and final amount, But now either they are refunding our money and they do not attend calls, and if attended any calls, they say to wait when they get order, they will send us as their team is working on it.
I request Forum to please help us out

Last yaer in Dec 2021, Santosh Mittal from Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd called me for their company dealership and made promise of earning through their dealership by just delivering their products.For this they asked me to deposit Rs 43000 in their account.They also told if by any reason I am unable to do this work they will refund the whole amount. I fell in their trap and deposited the amount.After this it's been nearing a year they are not picking my calls and by chance if they receive it they talk very rudely and told me wait for some more time by giving excuses. so I request this forum to help me get my money back from these frauds and make more complaints about these fraudsters so no other person fall in their trap. Please help

2021 दिवाली के आसपास मुझे अर्बन वैदिक कंपनी की तरफ से फोन आया कि हम आपको अर्बन वैदिक कंपनी की तरफ से मुंबई के लिए डीलरशिप देना चाहते हैं उन्होंने अपना प्लान बताया उन्होंने मेरे से ₹30000 एडवांस में लिए डिपॉजिट के तौर पर और उन्होंने कहा कि आपको मटेरियल बेचना नहीं है कंपनी लीड देगी आपको सिर्फ डिलीवरी करना है अगर कंपनी ऑर्डर नहीं दे पाती है तो 6 महीने के अंदर आपके सारे पैसे वापस कर दिए जाएंगे अब एक साल होने को आ गया इन्होंने अब तक एक आर्डर दिया है फोन करने पर जो मैनेजर शोभित सिंह थे अभी उनका फोन बंद आता है जो आर्डर देने वाली टीम थी वह लोग बात करने पर बोलते हैं कि हम आपका बात करते हैं कराते हैं बात कुछ करते हैं आपका आडर करवातेआते हैं साल हो गया यह फ्रॉड कंपनी है हम चाहते हैं कि कंपनी हमें हमारा पैसा वापस कर दे प्लीज हमारा पैसा वापस कर दे परेशान ना करें हमें आपके साथ बिजनेस नहीं करना है

Dealership fraud
50000 taken for dealership and stock is given, but its almost one year only liquidated 10000/- worth rs stoc. As per agreement if stockis not sold by them they take back and refund the amt. Surprised when people in the company talking to me rudely and now not picking up the calls. The faudulent behaviour of staff forced me to write this in public forum.I posted complain earlier also and resolved on their commitment. Now i take all necessary steps to teach this company.

Company executive has sold me a dealership for 50, 000 INR. Confirming that they will ship medicine of 50, 000 to me which will be sold in a period of 30 days & they will also give me commission of 900 on each delivery, But nothing happened stock is kept with me for 1 year now there is no response on sales from company. When i ask them to refund they are not ready to pay also....

Urban Vedic Pvt ltd is doing fraud in providing dealership with fake commitment. I was called by Mr Santosh Mittal one o[censored]rban Vedic Employee. We are looking for the distributers in your area. We are providing this opportunity to you in 25000/- rupees only. You will get 900/- commission on every order you receive. We assure you to that company will provide you with 2-4 orders daily. I invest 25000/- in Urban Vedic. I received a pack of 10 pcs from Urban Vedic but I have not any order yet. It been around 45 days. I am calling Mr Santosh Mittal he neither picks a call nor he respond to my calls.
Please look over the matter i will be very thankful to you. I want my money to be refunded back.

Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd is fraud company,
I am one of many victims of there dealership fraud, i recieved call from SANTOSH MITTAL phone number :- +[protected], an employee o[censored]rban Vedic Pvt Ltd, he stated that "thier company is looking for distributer in your area, you'll receive 900/- comission for each order you'll receive, you just have to invest 25, 000 /- and we'll provide you least 3 orders per day", he made fake commitment and tried emotionally convincing me for buying thier product for 25, 000/-, for 1 month he kept calling me for dealership and convincing me to invest, after a month i thought it's genuine, and hence i invest 25, 000 /- and recieved package after a week, it's been more than a month, i haven't received any orders for delivery, and whenever I tried to contact SANTOSH MITTAL, he never picks up the call, neither reply to my message or phone calls.
I request Urban Vedic Pvt Ltd to take their package and refund me my 25, 000/-,
And please don't trust this Santosh mittal, if he contacts you for dealership.
