Hello urban clap team... I have already wrote many mails and complaints to you but received no response expect emails where you say you will contact soon... no body wants to to contact you I just want my money back!
I will surely never book any service from your app...I'm very disappointed with your work, team and behaviour!...

I had a booking with Urbanclap for house cleaning, they charged 4300rs for it. I thought they will send a professional team what i saw there are 5 street boys with casual cloths and tools who didn't know how to rub walls and clean dust and who didn't know how to wipe washroom floor...floor they kept as it was after paint, walls they kept dirty, washroom they kept all wet, from ceiling to floor its was wet and mess... I request you to help me to get my refund from company!

I had scheduled a cleaning service last week. It was scheduled for 19/4/22 at 11:00 am. Inspite of so many calls and complaints raised no professional was sent for the service I had already paid.

T’s been a long relationship for me with your concern for services of my appliances which was very good until the last service which I have opted for my television your technician has taken my TV for servicing last month but till date my tv is not returned, when contacted I am getting the same reply from your technician that spares not available. Yesterday when I have registered a complaint your executive has dealt the issue over conference call with the technician (Musheer Ahmed[protected]has assured that he will return my TV by today morning which he has not.

Grouting work done started peeling off in next month only. Since last three months I was complaining about the same through app. Every time customer care told me that somebody will come to check but nobody came. Today may be on fourth time customer care called and said Urbanclap does not take any warrantee for this type of work and it is written in the quotation. After going through the quotation I find that there it says the work is guaranteed for one year. Hope you will ressolve the issue.

My Ac was serviced by UrbanClap Technician. The servicing was covered under warranty which included replacement of any part damaged during servicing up to an amount of INR 10000.00 and until 90 days. The technician damaged the copper wire and urban clap now not willing to replace it.

My was working perfectly but after ac service it not working

On july 12th my Kent grand filter service was booked in urban clap.Technician has come changed all the filters, uv bulb, uv choke & taken approx Rs4000 . It is observed that uv is not working after service which was working earlier. After contacting the technician told he is out of town.
Urban clap customer care told do fresh booking and it will be done free.
There are various issue with UC.
1. No customer care no in contact us.
2.poor customer care.we r struggling since 12 th july after paying.
3. Detail Bill's are not generated.only bulk billing.

Still we r waiting for solution.
