I have ordered 2 sets of TRINA brand solar panels, worth of 99, 750 Rs through online portal https://www.urbanurja.com with an agreed delivery period of 1 week from payment date and return policy of wrong item delivered. After more than one and half month time I have received two packets from them but found wrong products/Brand while we check one box. Then I immediately inform the supplier for replacement and/or refund as agreed earlier but so far no response from their on it.. do not any buy any products from this portal ..

I have ordered Microtek JMSW 3000+ inverter and receive the wrong model number of 2500 so the pickup was arranged from the company but they are denying my refund and forcing me for a replacement totally fraud from Urban urja.

And the owner is using abusive languages.
