Dear sir
I purchased URBN 20k power bank from cred app. The power bank not working hence raised a complaint regarding the issue. And requested for replacement or repair but even after multiple mails company didn't picked up the product. And finally one day company picked the wrong item from my house in my absence. Hence again raised a complaint regarding the same and requested to send the wrongly picked product back. But again with multiple mails there is no proper response. Finally I received a mail to reverse pickup the product from my end. Hence through delhivery courier I ordered reverse pickup of the product from the shared address by URBN company. When pick up boy visited the pickup address the staff people told that there is no product for pickup. This type of harrasment and wasting my time and money by URBN company with no proper justification and proper response. Even their customer care number is invalid.

    Hello,
    On Fri, Jul 30, 12:46 PM I raised a complaint about my product USB Mobile data cable on acetron trade llp . And within a month, the cable charges mobile very slow also connection was loose. And cable has a 2-year warranty. I got a call from the customer care dept. that new cable will be delivered in a week till now i didn't received it. I called many times but coul not get connected.
    Kindly help me to get my cable back from acetron trade llp.

      One month ago, i had purchased an urbn bang 2000 speaker from amazon on 12th july, 19 at 2049rs only.. And within a month, product becomes non working. And speaker has an one year warranty.

      And acetron trade llp (Urbn bang) picked up my defective product on 20th august, and and on 23 aug, they had received it successfully. Then afterwards, on 25th august, they told me that my product is eligible for replacement. Till then they haven't dispatch my product yet.

      Also their customer care executive was & is unresponsive till now.

      Kindly help me to get my speaker back from acetron trade llp.
