Please note, last complaint was closed without resolving the issue. Hence raising again.
I bought a laptop in April 2023 from UsedYetNew.com seller and Amazon being the online platform. it worked fine for 2.5 months post which its screen blanked out suddenly without any reason and has never come back. I have been following up with the company since 26.06.2023 to fix but the company hasnt been able to fix it. Now they have stopped responding to emails & phone calls.
I want to file a complaint on the company for mentally harassing the customer, selling bad quality product & not entertaining warranty claim.

I have Ordered Renewed Laptop from Usedyetnew.com

They have sent wrong and Defective Model As i have Ordered Dell Latitude 7280 and Sent dell latitude 5290 with Defective Speaker and Non working Adaptor.

I have Raised Complaints on same day via call, msg and email.

But still no One Is Responding

I have emailed 35-40 Times.
Called 15-20 times
Droped msg 10-20 times br...
