After raising complaint engineer attended and checked but he didn't resolved the problem he given one receipt and told me to return back that fan with receipt to dealer. Next day i returned fan to dealer but he didn't replaced or repaired he told me that he doesn't have stock to replace he told me to wait until stock comes. I felt very bad about usha service centre because engineer not visited with proper spare parts at customer place. Very...

Bought 6 Usha Fans from Ratna Fan House,T.Nagar, Chennai couple of months ago. Since installation noticed the fan is rotating very slow, thought problem is with voltage in my apartment complex. But later when comparing with others, got to know only my fans are not working properly. Looks there is some manufacturing defects in the fan, don't know how did it passed QC o[censored]sha. Usha is selling crab fans. I sincerly suggest DO NOT BUY USHA...

I felt like cheated as your free offers are only to make fool out of customers.
I bought a voltas 1.5 ton split AC from malad croma last week & i got free Usha fan.Ac is working fine but the fan is not blowing air from the day one i called the croma help line number and booked a complain but they saide free gifts comes like that only & they didnt register my complain, This is so unethical u give...
