My Usha Janine stopped working

My machine is not working properly
There is a technical fail has occurred.
The shaft holding the needle has been
Dislocated from its original position.
Therefore the needle is no going into
The hole. Since the needle is not going
Beneath and sewing is not at all possible
Please send the technician to mend
The needle shaft and the technical
Problem and plz replace my sewing machine
M not satisfied with ur product its too bad
And service is to poor

I have purchased a usha machine from flipkart. I was promised free demo of machine from usha. We have called to usha care for free demo, they assured free demo within 24 hours to 48 hours. But even after 1 week no one has turned up for free demo for usha machine, despite of the several requests have made for free demo. And we have discussed this issue with officials o[censored]sha care but no action has been taken yet.

Its been 15 days since i purchased the product and i have been begging for demo. Have called customer care many times and they always reply that they will send the person next day. But, the demo representative has never turned up.

I already regret being associated with usha by buying their product. Pathetic service. Now, i fear in future if i need any repair service then whom do i approach. Big mistake buying usha.

Had purchased machine 10 days back and waiting for a demo person since then.. have called consumer care multiple times and they just give me a new consumer number everytime...

Really regretting after buying this machine..

If someone is hearing me out there then please send someone to demo the machine so that I can atleast start using the machine.. Please..

They do not give sevice to their customers. When we call on customer care they say that 2 ya 3 days ma ek service boy was come there but 5 to 10 days are gone no one can come. Only they are fake.
I needed only one part of machine that part are broken and also i need a service they are not giving that service. My machine was on warrant period.

Bought a Usha Janome Flair machine from a local vendor in Kalkaji, New Delhi. Opened the box and found out that there was no Users Manual. It has been a year since we have requested a demo and the manual, but to no avail. Called customer complaint at[protected] and the reply was to get back in touch with the place of purchase, as "USHA" cannot do anything! Am a little tired and frustrated with this game. Buyers beware of the pathetic service and customer CARE (?) that is available to the general public!

I've purchased a sewing machine of company usha,name of machine wonder stitch i've complaint a lot of time for demo but didn't got any attention please pay attention on this complaint usha company its gonna reduce your market stability and status.....because of this type of lack of resposibility my machine is not in use from it's purchase time and i am very angry for this rude behaviour of company.
