I have been allotted 500 units of Master share plus unit scheme 1991 under regd folio no. 0850576 dt[protected]. Scheme changed to many new names. viz-- UTI leadership Equity Fund, Bluechip Flexicap Fund etc. Total units last was converted to 2085.71. Last dividend received was in 06 March 2017 . My father have 1000 shares under uti master share plus unit scheme (1991 (Master plus) under certificate number[protected]. Kindly let me know the procedure to check for any pending dividends, claim issued rights offer under this scheme and how to surrender the certificate for a dematerialised share of the same and also provide me the correct contact number to check the details because we have certificates under the same scheme.

Dear Sir,
I was alloted 1000 shares o[censored]TI Master Plus Shares on 19/04/92 which I had sent to the company registrar i.e. Datamatics Ltd., Mumbai for Redemption. But after one year I received the bonus amount for 900 shares only and again after that I had not received any bonus amount nor the redemption amount till date.
