Pan card application failed amount deducted not refunded
N[protected] This is my application number, I tried applying for a new pan card using my sbi net banking, the amount got deducted but on providing the OTP to complete the eKYC, it fails and prompts to provide the application number and birth details to retry again, after endless tries, it never succeeds. It says they are unable to get KYC details. I have paid twice, I forgot to note down the first application number, thought that it would be sent to my email or phone number I provided, nothing came . Here are the two successful transaction reference number

Dear sir,
Pan card no. Eglpm2949r issued in my name:sangeeta mohanani and was despatched thro' speed post no. Eq[protected]in on 6/12/17. I am sorry to say that it has not yet been received by me. While tracking speed post no. It says
Consignment not found. You are requested to kindly look into this and re-despatch me the pan card at the earliest under intimation to me.

Did not receive pan card yet;6 months have passed
I have applied for PAN Card long back, about 7 to 9 months back but they asked for time limit of 2 months and till now they have not delivered our PAN Card to us.Plesae look into the matter and do the best possible by you

But still I am not received any pan card.
