UTS not replying to email and also facing issues in assignment submission and the help desk number get Auto disconnected when called on help desk no.

I have tried to call email to UTSGlobaledu regarding issues i am facing while assignment submission regarding not receiving of my first semester mark sheet and have taken follow up on that.
But in spite of sending email there is no response to the email sent by me.
I think UTS is bluffing the students and playing with there future.
