Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank Rewasi — Unauthorised debit from my account No.[protected]

Bankers are debiting twice or thrice in a month from my above said account saying that it is debited against loan recovery amount. Whether it is permissible to withdraw the amount in the name of loan recovery without the consent of account holder in two three times in spite of being sufficient amount to deduct loan recovery amount in single auto transfer mode.
My loan account number is N[protected] and monthly instalment is 9307 rupees only.
They used to withdraw amount from rural illiterate villagers by falsely getting their thumb impression among their own staff and used to distribute the money among Banking staff. on 04/10/2021 the withdrawn 4480 against loan amount while my account balance was 10798 rs. Sir, be kind enough to cooperate and eliminate my frustration and depression by settle down over all loan in single pay mode and close my loan account to avoid such a big fraud. or allow me to go consumer forum against the Branch.
