I beg to say that My name is Shashank Gupta Student of Kashi institute of pharmacy mirzamurad Varanasi Uttar Pradesh, I say to against the UPPCI employee, sir I applied the pci registration in previous years but no response from their in present time I goes to UPPCI regarding for this but no one can solve my problem and the take the date after date, I also come from left my job 5 6 time regarding for this purpose but my application is not approved

Sir, I had applied for the transfer of my Pharmacy registration from Madhya Pradesh to Uttar Pradesh on 6th August 2021 My serial no is 234987 and book No 2350 Asking them how much time it would take to complete the whole process I was told it will hardly take up to 5 months. It has been over 11 months now I have not received any...update regarding my transfer case no any contact no I have doing Number of mail but no any reply please solve...

Dear sir,

I sachin kumar have applied for the registration in U.P. state pharmacy council on date march 2016, with the reqiured registration fee (Rs. 500, Serial no. 103939' book no. 1040)
But still i have not been registerd and not received any information regarding the cause in delay.
As it known to me that minimum time required is of only 3 months. Kindly see in to the matter and help me out of it.
