I got last bill on 14.05.2019 and I deposit 2000 on that day. After that water bill and sewer bill not getting in our house after 14.05.2020 to 19.11.2020.
But you charge penalty fine more than 1100.
Now you explain me what can I do.
It is your service fault but you charge against customer fine.
I also contact executive engineer (Rajeev Saini Ji) but they are not providing me rebate .
I request you please remove my penalty fine.
