This is for your kind information that i m akhilesh shukla. my contact number [protected].I am regular and valuable customer of V-mart. I went to v mart which is located at yashoda nagar kanpur. I purchased some clothes from there and they gave me coupon worth 500. When i went for redeem my coupon he said you will have to purchased minimum amount of product 1500.so we
purchased cloth total amount of 1900/- Also i exchanged one of my cloth, it was worth appox 400/- which had purchased before.Then appox 1600 amount was rest to give him. So i said to(mr. ravi)who was billing my product, please redeem my coupan worth 500 and take me 1100 from me but they did not redeem it and misbehaving. In the time of giving coupan they had not inform me that exchanged of product and redeem of coupan will not be possible in same bill. i am very disappointed because his behavior. i wont go V-mart store at all. very rudely behavior by all the billing staff at that time.so kindly you requested to take necessary action against ravi & billing staff also. Thanking you.

I have shopped at v mart agra store for 7700 on 7th aug 2022. And returned back my home. After that when i cross check the items there is more quantity billed for 2 same bar codes. When i complaint at their store on same day they wer not accepting that and review their cameras after 1 hour they told me their executive will visit my house and verify the items. They are not replying on their own scanned bill

I ordered 2 thermals, I chose the xl size of both which should be big enough but they were too small even I couldn't wear it because I ordered for the first time so I thought it better to take on CoD but as soon as I got the parcel In the next 10 mint, I put a return order, which was picked up the next day, then I called their customer care that how would I get the money, they said submit the bank details, I did that, but after 25 days no money came but When I called again, I was told that you have selected the wallet option by mistake, so the money went to the wallet, you will have to do online hi shopping, I had a lot of argument with that person how can it be possible, after which when I started shopping online, they gave 98 delivery charges non refundable From here I understood that this is totally fraud company and action should be taken on it.

I went to v mart located in my city yesterday and the cashier and guard was so disrespectful and insulting for no reason at all. Cashier literally threw the rest of money at me and the guard said that if you come back with your folded receipt, I won't even look at it and will throw it on road. He was so rude to other people as well.

My wife buy a shirt for my children, at that time the sells staffs told that if sizes differ you can return it immediately after returning, but when we go there their staffs stops us at the gate and mis behave and rejected to take the shirt. They openly mis behave with my wife and after many many request also, they sent back us forcefully in front of all customers.

I visited V mart Kanpur, on 14th Feb, 2016, Gumti Branch at around 7.30 pm. The staff at the woolen section misbehaved and did not let us buy woolen cardigans. he also abused us and asked us not to come back there ever. Also, no other Floor manager or the store manager came up to ask him to behave properly or to serve us better. He also didn't let us touch any cardigan, neither did he let us buy any product from there. He also spoke very rudely in front of all the customers. He also pushed my Mother away from there, which actually is a crime.
The floor manager stood there at the incident but did not respond, in fact he was laughing at us rather than coming up and taking action.
The Store manager also did not take any action regarding this.

I went go to V Mart For kids wear purchase and your floor manager mr santosh behavior and talking language is very bad or rudely he said" In this the Type of Behavior they are taught n that to a male staff.. This is just in Case that my complain does not reach to higher authorities in V Mart.
I went to V Mart For Returning an Item (lower- for men), and the employee with V Mart behaved very rudely he said"aankh ada ke lijiyega, next time se change nahi hoga.."
Even though i bought 1 Item in Return of Exchange.
Is this the Type of Behaviour they are taught n that to a Female.
PLZ EDUCATE THIS PATHETIC STAFF OF BEHAVIOUR, AND PLZ LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP.

I had purchased some of the products from V MART stores at Darbhanga, Bihar on 5th July’15 and memo no is- CM[protected]:19pm, but one thing I would like to inform you that one of the product was expired. A detail of the product is as follows:- Breakfast cerea [protected] Britannia-Premium, Manufacturing date- 04/03/15, and best before three month. And after used this product my all family member health was affected and also fully harassed not only physically but mantely also.

Rabindranath chanbey was declared lucky winner of refrigerator on 30/11/2014 by v mart Delhi and Lucknow office in v mart Diwali coupon but till date he had not got it.when ever we try to enquire about it the local v mart store at Allahabad the staff give us silly excuses.we are thinking of going to consumer forum.

I Rabindranath was declared as winner of refrigerator and received a call from Lucknow and Delhi head office on 30/11/2014 but till date not got it and when ever contacted the local v mart store at Allahabad they just make silly excuses and donot give satisfy answer I am thinking to go to consumer forum.

I had very bad experience with your retail outlet in kamla nagar Agra (u.p) thare was tha dust and blackness on the jacket so i just want to return jacket but your manager not allow to change and behavior was very bad and sad we dont accept our request to change the jacket . manager said Go with your flow. many times many people go for tryle go for tryle check for the out fit so its possible to be it can be afflectid by the dust it is very normal think . it not our foult . i just want to say that please chang our nehru jacket and behave kindly every costumer

my brother-in-law purchased a juicer of sunland company from v mart sangrur . it has manufacture and leakes problem . i gave complaint 2 month ago and till now i get a wrost response from company and v mart staff .warranty of juicer going to expire ..i want strict action against v mart staff and sunland company. complaint no is[protected]

v mart located on patel babu road bhagalpur is playing loud speakers loudly on the main road . as i leave in the building other side of the road . there is a patient in my home , i complained to the manager many times also
