Vacation Yaari Complaints & Reviews

I booked vacation yaari for a package to north east (Sikkim). They trapped me with the alluring package and asked to me to deposit 10000 inr to their account. I did it on april 12 and have the proof as well.
They promised to send me the hotel vouchers post deposit of money but after i submitted money, they stopped receiving my call and answering my messages on watsapp. I was able to talk to them on few occasions afterwards but all they gave were excuses.

Point of contact guy (Nikhil) talked to me on one day and i asked him to refund my money since i wasn't comfortable going ahead with them. His reply was not positive at all.

Nikhil ([protected]) and priyanka ([protected]) were the point of contact from vacation yaari. They reached out to me for package info. I don't know who else is involved in this fraud scheme

I am planning to lodge an fir soon in case i don't hear from them. Also, will send a legal notice to the same. I am also going to report their account number where i submitted the money. Details of which is as follow -

They offered Mysore Ooty package from Bangalore at price of 15000/- per two persons. After that they asked me to pay 7500 / in advance. I told them that i would pay 3500 now and rest on arrival. They requested money via Paytm and I made the payment on 17-April-2019 to Paytm account number . After that Priyanaka (the lady who talked ) confirmed the payment and said that she will be sharing the details soon. Now before 2 days of trip, she is not picking up the call and not replying to messages .Please help me how to catch them and refund my money.

This complaint is regarding a travel agency named vacation yaari (www.vacationyaari.com). their staff ms. Priyanka approached me for holiday booking for ooty/coorg. As per the offer letter sent from [protected]@gmail.com, i had credited rs.8500/- to their account number.[protected], ifsc code. Cbin0281419, central bank of india by imps fund transfer through kotak mahindra bank (Your a/c no. Xxxxxx6173 is debited for rs.8500.00 on 17-04-19 and a/c xxxxxxx703 credited (Imps ref no[protected]. Now once the amount is credited to their account, their office (+91-[protected]) doesnt receive the calls. It seems to be a clear case of cheating. Kindly help

Hi my father paid for a tour trip to a travel agency named as ‘vacation yaari’. They forst tried to contact us witj travel plans and we after checking there website confirmed the reservation of our tour to goa. We paid the first installment of amount 5000. They told us that after paying the first installment we will share the hotel details with us and then after paying the 1st installment they asked us to pay the 2nd inatallment for the reservation of flight tickets. We paid the 2nd installment amount of 10000 as they shared us the hotel details. After thet there was no response from them and then we enquired with tje hotel they shared. There was no reservation on our name. This is a fraud and please do something

They offered Coorg package from Bangalore at price of 7500/- per two persons. After that thay share their account details and asked me to deposit 3750/- as advance. I made the payment on 18-April-2019 to account number [protected] . After that no response from their side. Please help me how to catch them.

Now once the amount is credited to their account, neither Nikhil (+91-[protected]) or their office (+91-[protected]) doesnt receive the calls. It seems to be a clear case of cheating. Kindly help
