Holiday package with complimentary gift

I received a call and bought holiday package from them by paying Rs.7999.
Company executives, Anupriya and Ashish have promised that an HCL tab would be delivered to me, if I buy the deal immediately.
The offer was attractive and I purchased it.
The executive (Anupriya) has always been avoiding calls. Could speak to her twice, but no proper answer and confirmation.
These guys are scamsters and need to be punished.
