Placed Order EPSON printer (Order No:1062) and paid via Netbanking 11542/- on 11th October 2021 and no response after multiple followups via mails and none picking customer care call. And now i am receiving error after sending mail as Incorrect receipent

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Kapil Mahakur, i have booked a Epson printer L3110 through online order #1085 from "Vanishnavisales.in" and online payment company "PayUmoney" Transaction No-[protected]. After few days back i try to contact customer support team for confirming the delivery date. nobody are responded the call.
Now i requested to PayUmoney company to reverse my amount to same card....
