Sir, I gave rs. 9999/- as security for takin a bc point o[censored]nion bank through Vakrangee in May 2020. But There has no any support about provide banking services by area Head. so I have been exit from vakrang & complete the exit process & complete all paper work in November. Area head Mr. Raju Gupta told me that my money will be refunded within 90 days. But here after 8 month no any response from concerned persons of Vakrangee. This is a very poor feedback by me about Vakrangee services. No concerned person taking call also.
Kindly hel me to get me security money back.

I want to aware u guys about the safety and privacy issue that I faced at the atm. They don't have a shell for the customers i.e., any one can see your transaction including your pin which I think is a crime . The owner of the atm (at least the guy at the atm claimed that) always stands by you and overlooked your transaction . I went to it 3/4 times, every time he asks the amount to be withdrawn, if I remember the pin or not, purpose of withdrawing my money etc. I mean does he have the power to know the details of each customer. He literally restricted me today to withdraw 10k, by saying I have to withdraw it 5 times by the amount of 2k each time.Even he dare to "interrupt my transaction by clicking random button without my consent" which I think is a crime itself. I am worried about the fact he can withdraw money of peoples poor by knowledge by this. Are their any way to prevent this?

दुख के साथ मुझे शिकायत करना पड़ रहा है कि मुझे वक्रांगी कंपनी ने मेरा कमसे काम दस लाख का छतिया पहुंचाया है । मैंने बैंक यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया से लोन लेके दिया था
मुझे बताया गया था कि मुझे बैंक केंद्र बनवा के दिया जाएगा ओ भी एक महीने के अन्दर और आपकी जो कमाई रहेगी ओ चलिश हजार से भी जायदा रहेगा जिससे आप आपने बैंक का emi भी आसानी से भर सकते है और आपकी कमाई दोगुनी हो जाएगी ।
अब मै इनके चक्कर में आके मैंने लोन लेलिया मुझे आठमहीनों से ये लोग कभी इधर की बात कभी उधर की बात करते है और मै अपना emi भी नहीं भर पा रहा हूं जिससे मेरा बैंक सिबिल स्कोर खराब हो रहा । मुझे मजबूर ये शिकायत आप लोगो से करना पड़ रहा है।

I had withdrawn 4000 rs money from vakrangee kendra atm on the 2nd october from shendi bhandardara(tal.akole) cash not received but money deducted from bank acc till now i have not received my money...please solve my issue...

On 1st Sepetember 2020, I tried to Withdraw 3900 from my ICICI Account
14750xxx38xx from a non ICICI Bank ATM,
which is Vakarangee ATM, located in Latur District( near Barshi Road)

The ATM didn't dispense the cash, but the amount got deducted from my Account, it never got deposited back.
Called my ICICI bank customer care, but they are unable to retrieve my money from Vakaragee ATM bank.

It has been more than 1 Month and 10 days.
Complaints raised are SR[protected] and, SR[protected]
ICICI and Vakarange both are pathetic when it comes to update the service request.

Mr. I applied for Vakrangee in which I selected the Browse Model C, which I have deposited the full payment of ₹ 82000! And I also filled the bond paper which talked about the same model and now I have been billed 53000, which is of model A, despite giving the gst number my bill has been cut on the pen! So request you: If you send the rest of your goods to me, I am sending all my three copies in it,
It has been 1 year and no service has been started by depositing money. It has been 5 months to maintain the account, like the monkeys of Gandhiji sitting silently, in the last, that the people who belong to everyone should file a written complaint in the Consumer Forum.

I tried to withdraw Rs. 4000/- from ATM situated at Laxmi market, sector-4, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand using SBI debit card on date 25/04/20 at around 0730 AM. The ATM didn't dispensed money but amount deducted from my account. The debited amount is still not credited in my account. I request to solve the problem.

While i was trying to withdraw amount from my atm the service provider sitting next to atm shutdown the internet service and started misbehaving with me and started forcing me to withdraw rs 1000 at one time only. To fulfill his comission limited. He refused to restart the connection again and denied to withdraw the amount again.

My camplain is about your services a few months ago i called in angel for purchasing vakrangee share n i ask to some of your employer that i want to purchase this share so all activity about this share is good or bad n your employer misguided me because at that time vanrangee is on lower circuit and i purchase that n share your employer recommended that this is the right tym to purchase n the news coming about this share at that time is the worst. So now my all profit n capital is gone

There is a vakrangee atm in partapur, banswara pincode : 327024, in which has a guard who does not wear any uniform (Don't know whether he is authorized or not). He talks rudely and does not allow anyone to make transaction above rs.5000 in one time. It's not right to decide to make transaction limit manually, after all the limit is already set in machine itself. They think that they have setup the atm so they own it and make their own rules.

As per commitment of Vakrangee DC bc & dl I deposit the amount of rs 18259/- in last year for hardware & branding materials but still not received any materials & the company is not returning my payment which causes many problems to me. Also the exit form process is done before 2 months but still my payment is not received.. If I ask DC then he only tell to wait if contact state head he also tell same... No support from Vakrangee kindly do the needful as soon as possible...

Team, we have noticed currently you have installed atm janardan apt. Somwar bazar malad west 400064. As you are aware the atm related frauds are currently increasing hence we need to take extra care as fraud/risk angels while installing the atm. This atm installed in a building without society's permission, no 24*7 guards are deployed to take care of atm, the shop opens at 10 and closes at 8:45 after which this atm is not in use then what...

Dear sir i was withdrawal rs.1200 on date 11.05.2017 by vakrangee center but i could not found my rs.1200. And transaction was shown deducted from my account which is i didnt got my money. That time vakrangee center representive told me you got your money within 15 days but i didnt get my money so please request to you.. Solve this problems quickly., as soon as possible

I have applied for emitra in march-16 through another emitra kiosk. But till now he is continuous saying that your work will done soon.

I already fill the form 2 times. When i ask for that he told me that company is shifting for new portal and my details would be posted on wrong portal that's why it will take time.

Some time he told me that i company got so much application and now company is not able to process that's why it will take time.

And when i am asking about the details of company he told me that no one will responsible for that and if i contact them then they never process the application and money will never be refundable as we not issue any proof of money receiving.


I don't know what should i do for now. Please guide me from where i got the solution.
