Subject: Urgent: Seeking Assistance Regarding Fraudulent Activities by Vast Immigration Solutions

Dear Consumer Complaints Authority,

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a grave matter of fraud and deceit involving Vast Immigration Solutions, located in SCO-96, Top Floor, Sector 17 D, Chandigarh. I am a victim of their fraudulent activities and urgently seek your intervention to address this issue.

On the 6th of December 2021, I engaged with Vast Immigration Solutions with the intention of applying for Permanent Residency in Canada. I entrusted them with a substantial sum of ₹792, 125 for the processing of my application. Regrettably, it has become evident that they have not taken genuine steps toward submitting my file or processing my application. Instead, they have provided me with falsified documents and misleading information, resulting in the loss of my hard-earned money and two precious years of my life.

Despite their assurances of having submitted my file and promises of swift processing, I have not received any substantial proof of my application being submitted. When I requested a submission letter as evidence, they responded with baseless excuses and further lies, causing me immense stress and financial hardship.

I possess concrete evidence of their fraudulent activities, including payment receipts and call recordings with their staff members, Meenu Ma'am and Akhil Sir. These recordings vividly highlight the false promises and misinformation provided by the company representatives.

I kindly request your office to take immediate and strict action against Vast Immigration Solutions. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and bring the culprits to justice. Additionally, I seek your assistance in recovering my hard-earned money that has been unlawfully taken from me.

Moreover, I want to draw your attention to the fact that they have issued a cheque of ₹752, 000, but upon investigation, their account lacks the necessary funds. I have attached the cheque and return memo for your reference.

Compounding my distress is the fact that I am now facing threats from Vast Immigration Solutions.

Enclosed with this communication, please find the relevant payment receipts and call recordings as evidence of my complaint. I am fully willing to cooperate with your investigation and provide any additional information required.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that you will take necessary actions to prevent such fraudulent practices in the future. I believe in the legal system and am confident that justice will prevail.
