I purchased a ghagra on vastra queen I was surprised to see the quality. I did not match the photograph shown on website this company is fooling customers and scamming them.

Hi, I received damaged products and it's not same as Shown. Also I was trying to get the information from their customer care but they don't replying in that. Soo I want my money back fastest way.

I bought a anarkali suit for rs 1650 from Vastra queen.it was defected, so I returned the very next day on 22nd June.I constantly called and msg for my product.they said, they didn't get the product.but I had proof that my product was with them on 29th june.after almost 20 dats on 16th July, they confirmed, they got the product.i asked for product change or refund, again they are not replying.its very frustrating.Vastra Queen is a cheap site.never ever buy anything from them.very low quality and no response after.
