I ordered 2 dresses from the Instagram page of the same but still not received...

Payment completed but order number not received

I have ordered for a dress worth Rs 239, they passed on order no 1037 but didn't get anything else and did not received the product as yet. i booked it thru Instagram

I ordered a dress worth 199 rupees almost 1 month back from a site shown on facebook as vastravilla.com. they gave me the order number and order details and also showed that the product will is shipped on an email. But i haven't got anything yet and also have not answered any of my mails. The email now which is being shown for contact is [protected]@gmail.com. please help!...
