Not to buy any thing from Vastracloth.
Fraud people.

They do not have return policy.

They will cheat you with the low quality product.

The product which is shown on the image is not similar with the actual one.

They will never pick up your call....

Firstly they sent the wrong product and not refunding and after complaining they issued a refund code and while activating that they took my Rs 45, 700 which again they are not refunding.They are bloody scammers.They should be shutdown and strict action to be taken....

Vastracloth is such a fraud company. I bought a sharara worth 2000. The day it arrived, it was nothing like shown in picture, such low quality, basically it was rubbish. I immediately tried to return the product but shockingly there is no option for returning. I initiated chat with them on site, they redirected me on whatsapp chat. The whatsapp chat was responsive before purchase but the moment I texted about returning, no reply. I have not received any reply from them, not on site or whatsapp. I guess now they have blocked me.
This a a fraud company and shoud not be selling, rather cheating customers. I want my money back.
Shameless people, robbing people's money.
This company should be shut.

I placed the order for the lehenga on 2nd Feb which I recieved on Feb 6th, 2023. The vastracloth people were responsive on whatsapp before I placed the order but as soon as I reached them after the delivery of the order and told that I recieved a different and low grade product they never responded back. The lehenga was for Rs 3000. I emailed them several times and left 30-40 messages on their Whatsapp number but they never responded back. What kind of behavior is this when the website says that you can return within 7 days contact vastracloth for return related information but Vastracloth is so unresponsive that they do not repond at all. They are fraud people who just want to steal money. I have attached the screenshots of whatsapp conversations before and after placing the order and the email string as well.

I purchased a salwar from vastracloth worth 2100 rupees. The ad showed a cotton salwar. The product arrived. The product was very different. It was georgette and illfit. I asked them to take their product back and give me a refund but there has been close to zero response from them. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful....
