Never ever apply for any loans from this NBFC. They are just making money by collecting processing fees. They told me to offer alomost 80-90% loan on my property within 7-10 days. Before receiving the necessary documents they had deposited processing fees cheque without informing me. And after that they stopped responding me. I tried to contact them but they avoided me. complaint for loan processing

This writing is regarding the wrong information given to me for loan processing. Actually, i had applied for home+purchase loan sometime back against the plot which is located in noida extension (Uttar pradesh). I've already submitted all the documents and also paid loan processing fee i. E. 3540 inr by cheque in favour of vastu support. However, i have still not received any reply or update on the current status.
Now it's been more than 2 months and loan department saying to me that "your pan-card is duplicate", however i confirmed the same from income tax department, and they told me that my pan-card is unique and original (Discussion id: 9024558 - with income tax concern person). But your sales person who came to me to receive the cheque (Name - awdesh jha, issue jain contact number - [protected], [protected]) is not responding to me. He is saying that we can not proceed for loan, and also not giving me any exact reason for the same. Now even he is not picking my phone. Also he is saying that we can't refund "processing fee" (Which was not informed before applying for the loan). This is very embarrassing.
