Had ordered Scratch Repair Wax + FREE 9H Headlight Cleaning Polish Buy 1 Get 1 FREE With USB Lamp, the product was written 100ml but on delivery it is 50ml pack.
On speaking to them they say the product has been cancelled and we willget the refund. Then asked me to do GOOGLE OR PAYTM refund and doing fraud.
Kindly take action and stop others from this fraud.

Showed a product online as useful but sent a different wrong product with the same name what i have received and the sent product is not serving the purpose. It is a totally mismatch product. I call it as cheating common people and extracting their hard earned money.

The product i ordered was car scratch removal and headlight cleaner sprays with one plus one offer.

The product come is totally different with the same name as car scratch removal and headlight cleaner which no results after use.

very disappointed shown on screen was car scratch spray and headlight cleaner spray buy one get one free but here they have sent two small bottles of liquid car scratch and headlight cleaner only one set with a USB car flash light as free product which doesn't works as shown on the add. My belief with online has totally suppressed with this product. i will highly recommend people not to buy any online products hereafter that too especially from VENDEXA.
Hope someone good will resolve my problem and still make my belief on your company will last long.

Received the parcel today and found a small bottle of 50 ml liquid instead of spray as advertised and ordered.
This is total fraud and cheating on your part which is not acceptable to me.
Please arrange to refund the amount and arrange to recollect your product failing which I will be compelled to lodge the case against you in consumer court at your cost.

I ordered car scratches spray with headlights cleaning polish from Vendexa products for Rs 849.
What I got was a fake small bottle of some cream.
I paid Rs.849 in cash to the delivery person.

Not working even to 1%. It is not even getting dried even after an hour after applying. head light polish is also a waste product. Except the free gift ( USB LED LIGHT) which costs Rs 30/- nothing is working. My money has been simply robbed from me.

Regret to inform you that the polish supplied by your company is totally useless and it is a fraud and this fictitious shop is cheating the public by this way to other. If this bloody cheater having a short of money that it is advise that you alongwith your staff go and sit before Gurdwara in Chandni Chowk, Connaught Place etc an₹ will get more than this type of cheating amt. We ordered a "Car Scratch Remover Polish" from Mummytrends.com as part of marketing from Facebook. Order was delivered by Vendexa Products, Ghaziabad.

We paid amount Rs. 849 to the vendor. When we opened the box some other product was inside. Instead of the product ordered, they sent us "COSMOLINE HAIR CARE (OIL)" - which is not expected.

We have been trying to contact them based on the number provided in facebook but the number is switched off.

When we tried to place the return from shadowfax. got an alert message in the website that" I will get a call in one hour" but it is been more than 3 days, didnt get any call. The email and mobile number for Vendexa provided in ShadoFax is dummy.

Today I have received this product (car scratch remover ) My order No. 2131508ATP. I have tried it as per instructions but I found that this is fake products and does not work . As per instructions I have put it on scratch and after 20 minute I rubed it from soft cloth, again scruber but its not work . Its a fraud . I need Rs 850/- back from this company

I ordered car scratch repair polish after seeing its advertisement on FB. The ad shows a spray which repair all scratches where as they have sent a 50ml liquid bottle which is of no use and is complete useless. Spoke to guy and was explaining him the issue and all of a sudden he hung up on me and now us just not answering my calls. This so ridiculous, how can someone cheat other people of their hard earned money and earn their bread & butter and living

I would like to inform that the product that was advertised in mummytrends.com is different from what I received. I checked the products. Only the bottle is different but the solution is same inside the bottle (smell, color, texture).

Can you please ban this company from advertising and cheating people? I see already lot of consumer complaints on this company.

I order car scratch remover vide Order No. SF86876408KR on 24/10/20 and the same was delivered today. It's a fake product as it does not remove any scratches as claimed in the advertisements by Vendexa Products. I paid 849/- was this fake product and now want my money back or otherwise I'll lodge a complaint against this company in a Consumer Court. I'm serving them 24 hours ultimatum to revert on my complaint and return my money or face the action from my end at their own cost and peril.

Beware of these cheats or you'll be duped by them !!!

Hello I ordered autodox scratch repair polish from this ideas monster website and this is completely a wrong and fake product. This is a big blunder from their side. It looks so local and leaked product.. This is how they treated their customers by sending them a fake product. The packaging is also very local. I spent 849 rs for this stupid fake product. This is not an original product as its packaging and bottle also very local and fake and not same as it has to be.
