Product recive was fake as compare to description and only one piece has been delivered the Qantity and quality is fake as well we want our money back

I have ordered a special reading glasses which was buy 1 and get one free for Rs 599 I only received one which was different product and bad quality product. I request to refund my money.

I've ordered online a sunglasses from venzostore but its quality is too low grade and the offer was buy ome get one free but still i got the one pair of glass with scratches on it..i deserve a full refund on this.

Paid 1199 for reading glass against buy 1get1 free catagory.but I have received only one

Please parcel are refund or exchange .

Am Rajeevan V Kollam 691003. I ordered for one [+4] one reading glass along with one [+4] free reading glass. But today I received only one [+3] and the other one offered free of cost not at all received. Send me the correct [+4] two glasses as agreed and I will return the wrong one supplied.

I tried to contact them unfortunately the emails ([protected]@venzostore.com & [protected]@venzostore.com ) bounce back.
