Dear sir I had bought by one get one Glass and also glass fram is other model but delivered another so I want to return my product.

I brought a buy 1 get 1 free flexible and unbreakable glasses on Instagram's promoted VenzoStore. However, I received only 1 pair of glasses which too are of poor quality and does not match the description as per the advertisement.

We bought this in Nov, 2023.

I recommend everyone to not to buy from VenzoStore.

I have ordered for special reading glasses order no #1059.paid 899/- RS online buy one get one free. I got only one piece on 14/8/2023 and not proper item.i try to send email it to [protected]@ venzostore.com, but didn't receive by company. Please help me to return it and get refund as soon as possible.

My payment for "special reading glasses buy one get one free" at venzostore.com (https://venzostore.com/products/copy-of-special-reading-glasses), order number #3364 dated July 30, 2023, was Rs 799. It was delivered on August 3rd, 2023.

However, they tricked me by giving me a single item in place of two, and they also supplied a product of very bad quality.

Please file a complaint, take the appropriate action to punish the perpetrators of this fraud, and assist me in receiving my reimbursement. Both of their email addresses ("[protected]@venzostore.com, " "[protected]@venzostore.com") are also inoperative.

I sent online Rs. 1399 for it on 9th July, 2023 but I dont receive my order yet. Please do needful.
