Fake company. Frauds.
We were looking for f1 hybrid carrot seeds of clause jockey and romance brands.
We then got this fake company's contact via indiamart.
A female responded to the call and gave me a different contact number saying that it has better network coverage and whatsapping capablity.
Mrs. Garima is the female (I got to know later), but she introduced herself as ria!!!
She confirmed the availablity of same brand what we asked for and she was also okay with the quantity what we had requested for.
Upon request for product snapshots she managed to send the actual product snapshot too.
After transferring money online, she had sent a fake product. When asked she claimed it is the same.
When i had sent my account details to her for refund she had then blocked all possible ways of communication.
I made a complaint to indiamart but they were not able to help me.
During the conference calls between me, indiamart and verdant seeeds i came to know the following:
1. Indiamart has given fake information about the company online.
2. There are only two people in this company mr. Kattiyar who is the head of cheating and mrs. Garima who is the person responsible for flirting with customers, giving fake promises and fake product photographs.
3. They have all fake seeds in their own company name.
4. When asked why they had blocked.. They in return gave reason that we were trying to flirt!!!
5. They never answered directly to any of our questions
6. They said that they had never promised to send the product what we asked for!!!
7. They had never sent any invoice but they claimed that they had sent
8. They denied to refund money bybtaking back the product (Clear sign of frauds)
So never buy anything from this company. I had made a consumer complaint and i am also taking this issue to consumer court as i have all the whatsapp conversations and phone conversations recorded.
Upon the process of investigation i will post all fraudulent activities of the company over here.

Hi, i got the seed company (Verdant seeds and chemicals) details from indiamart and got an email from the company regarding seeds for agriculture purpose. I asked them a specific company seed (Known-you company's kohinoor muskmelon seed) and they said yes we have and price is 55000/kg as per attached. Later i have transferred an amount of 110500/- on 18/10/2017 for getting 2kg of seed and asked for the packet picture for confirmation which they didnot send. The very next day i talk to the ceo of that company (Name : garima) and asked for photo before sending it over courrier. She said the seed is from known-you company only but label is on my company name. Here i came to know by cross checking with the known-you company branches and they confirmed that they will not sell any loose packing to seller/retailer.

Then i told to the company that u r not giving me the original known you company seed and i dont want your company labelled seed as i am only looking for known you company seed.

I requested them to return my amount and they didnot agree for that and they said we sent you the seed and you should take it. As a farmer we are not ready to take the seed which is not trusted and now the money is with them.

I have also informed them that i am going to proceed legally, they told do whatever u want and dont call us from now onwards... This is very rude behaviour they did for me. If i am not ready to take the duplicate product why they are forcing me to take. I am asking my money only.

Over phone they are talking that we will send you original known you company seed and on emails and whatsapp after payment they are telling we have informed that the seed is from our company. I literally cheated by them.

Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
