Am from nagapattinam I have purchased vestar ac before 2 years .

While turning on AC, water is falling through AC swings & it is farming too much water in the ROOM

I baught 1.5 air conditioner 2years ago used less in house .this summer I have started to use but not working .company Engineer came and told that we have to replace condencer coil in indoor which it cost 12000rs around. Engineer has placed order for part last 15 days ago tillnow there no response. I think there is no good worth in your company product as well as your part replace ment.

I purchase new VESTAR Split AC in August 2019, now from last one week i am facing some cooling & noise issue in my AC even rajester the complaint (Service Call No.LKC[protected] & tecnician has visited but do the servicing like cleaning of filters only.
Now my issue is still the same & no action has been taken yet to resolve my problem.
Please take necessary action on this & address my issue immediately.

We are a user of vestar ac and it is installed in our office.

5weeks ago this ac was creating a problem and i called to your customer care team to logged a complaint for repair & services. It took 4days to your team to reached our office for this job.

After 4days, the ac was again creating a problem and i called to the same person who repaired the ac as he clearly told me that “if this ac will create any problem then we can call him and he will be come to check and repair”.

I am calling him from last 3weeks but every time he is giving me a assurance that by evening he would be reached at our office but no one came here.

We are facing somany problems as it is very difficult to survive without ac in this bad weather.

I have mentioned below the person name to whom i am taking regular followup. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

Vestar ac — window ac not working at all even in the warranty period

On 14.06.2014, i purchased a window ac of vestar from raj electronics, bye pass road sultanganj pulia, agra. Since than i am troubled with its functioning.in the last 15 days, i have lodged complaints at the customer care of vestar many times. The compressor of this ac is to be replaced as informed by vestar engineer. But still i am waiting company response.
I will be waiting for a revert back sooner than later or else i will have to take some strict legal actions against this product of your company.

I had paid rs 2500/- for pcb repairing but since then my ac is not working properly. The technician from the company said that your supply line & voltage stabilizer is not working properly. I have already checked and all are fine. The company toll free no. Is all time ringing but not hearing. The company service is very poor & no authorized service center. Services given to localise and have no value

We have purchased one Ac model no.: VAOYA123AF7T . Ac machine not working. Problem of compressor, and compressor stops in a while after it is made on. Ac is getting on but no cooling. Difficult to understand the problem.

Purchased on 20th may and installed by personal fitter. But Ac is not working.
Customer care not responding to solve this.

Yes i am buying 150 ac in my hotel sehej continental after 1 year the ac start to complain some ac are compressor issue in some ac are pcb and gas leakage
When i am calling service center they are money making representative who said compressor was on 12000 and gas filling charges is 3500 and gst extra and now the ac price is 22000 and when i buy this ac that thim he explain the warranty was for 5 years any kind of problem we will fix it cheaters.

I bought it on[protected].in just about a week after, too much of water started dripping outside. The technician visited the place after repeated calls and that too his response and way of speaking was pathetic. He says it is common to drip and thete is no such thing as more water. While in all the other flat, no one uses any utensil to hold the water dripping out, our ac drips 40litres in just 3-4 hrs which is unusual. We literally pour 2 tubs of water each day.
This is unusual.
Are you guys dragging the complaint so as to get it out of the warranty period?

Since then my ac is not cooling properly.
I have buyed my ac from cool fresh refrigeration (Surat-gujrat-india)

I request you to refund my amount immediately and take back your machine, i dont want to use your product anymore.

I have vestar widow ac, it is in warranty period. I lodged complaint on 3rd october 2017, as my ac was not working. Engineer visited at place and then found out the motor was damaged. So he said it will be replaced by 9th october 2017. But due to their internel delivery problem, they got motor and replaced it on 11th october 2017. It worked for a night, but next day i. E 12th october 2017 it again shut off and didn't work. Again we lodged the complaint on same day and an engineer came at place. He found out this time the compressor is damaged. Now today on 13th october again i got an engineer and issue is still running.

I Abdullah Naseem, bought a Vestar airconditioner on 02nd july'16, from Cool Care Airconditioning,
H.O-4/1, Singh Sabha Road, Behind Amba Cinema, Shakti nagar, Delhi 110007.
On 22nd Aug'16 the gas of the ac leaked, after complaining it was being filled by the company but on 28th Sep'16, once again the same problem had occured and been serviced by the company again. After which the winter season approached and we packed the ac and now as summer had arrived, we registered a call for service. After which a serviceman came and told us that the gas has leaked completely.
Since it has become a regular problem of gas leaking so i came to a conclusion that this air conditioner is defective and then i requested the dealer and the company as well to replace this defective ac.
Both the dealer and the company is willing to repair it but not agreed to replace it.
Now i request you to plz deal the above mentioned matter and get the needful done.

Vestar ac — worst ac with fraud service center

I have pruchased a vestar split ac 1.5 ton 3 star in 29th may 2016.
Since then my ac is not cooling properly.

I have buyed my ac from "radha marketing" sadar bazaar, raipur chattisgarh.
Several times i have called for servicing, i get the the service after 4 days of my calling almost all the time.

Your chhattisgarh head is in contact with me from last 10 days, he has sent two to three representatives in last week but still ac is not cooling.
I request you to refund my amount immediately and take back your machine, i dont want to use your product anymore.

In my another room i am having samsung window ac it cools the room within half an hour.

I have pruchased a vestar window ac 1.5 ton in 2013. since then two times my compressor has gone kaput.
For the first time when my compressor was not working they took around 1-5 month to replace that. eventhough they claim the ac is under warranty. they have charged me like visiting charge --500 and replacing compressor and gas refilling 4500 in the month of may
Now just after installing new compressor the ac was giving me worst performance. and again the compressor died within a year.
Now they again are charging me the same money for compressor replacement.


They don't have any complaint registration form and the customer care number is like busy for 24*7.

VESTAR AC are fake please don't buy for any deal.

Last year in July, I purchased a Split AC of Vestar from Pacific Electronics, Ghaziabad. Since than I am troubled with its functioning. In the past two months, I have lodged complaints at the customer care of Vestar for appx 15 times [in 60 days]. The Compressor of this AC was replaced within a year`s time in the month of April 2015, after that also this AC didn't worked properly. Last complaint number GHA[protected] was lodged on 20th June 2015, and Now again on 21st June 2015, my AC is not working at all. I want a complete replacement of the unit of this defective AC as soon as possible. I will be waiting for a revert back sooner than later or else i will have to take some strict legal actions against this product of your company.

Hi I purchased an Air conditioner from Vestar Ltd on 31 March 2014. Just after completion of one year (and warranty also) Ac started giving me a problem on its cooling. i have raised a call for product service and logged a call.Their reply to it was as Product is out of warranty you will be charged as per the regular service charges which was ok to me &agreed also. So they placed service call with call ID MUM [protected] on 9April 2015 and sent the Service engineer on 10th April. He charged me Rs 500 as a service charges and did nothing but to tell me that AC has a problem of Gas Leakage and PCB, he needs to take my machine to his service centre for further repairs and will come in couple of days to take the machine and will give me estimate of cost also. He came on Wednesday 15 April to take my machine and told me that GAS and PCB problems both will cost Rs 4000 to get resolved. agreed to it, asked Rs 2000 as advance which I gave and gave me receipt of 2000 received and 2000 pending which i was supposed to give after completion of work. He promised me that he will get the repair work done by Saturday 18 April. I didn’t had any response till Saturday from their side. On Saturday morning I have called them and they told me tht they will confirm the timing of delivery in 1 hour . After no response in 1 hour again i called the guy (service engineer who came to my house) . He gave me his office number and asked to talk with his Boss nameMr.Tukaram. I called Mr Tukaram and he told me totally different story, he told me that there is no problem in PCB but there is problem in Fan motor (it is really surprising that how come they have not discovered the problem at the time of service inspection or during the two days at their service centre when my AC is at their place) They demanded me additional cost of AC fan motor which i refused and asked them to bring my machine back. He told me that as this close of business hours on Saturdays he will return the Ac on Monday. I kept calling on monday and never had satisfying answer nor the delivery. On Tuesday i got the call from Mr.Tukaram that they will return AC but as they have did the Gas refilling it will be difficult for them to refund the advance money and will be loss for them financially as well. So just to make sure that nobody suffers from loss i asked them to quote a revised pricing of Fan motor . Mr. Tukaram did so on Wednesday 22 April, he told me that it will cost me total 5000 including fan motors work. Again i agreed to it and agreed to pay Rs 3000 on receiving the AC. Mr. Tukaram promised me that he will get it done by first half of Saturday 25 April 2015. Again till saturday i had no reply from their side. I called them on saturday morning again, Mr tukaram told me that he will tell me the timing of delivery in one hour . I never got a call in one hour. At 1 P.M. i again called Mr. Tukaram to know the time of delivery, he replied that he will call me from his side soon in annoying manner. I said ok and kept on waiting in home ( i had to go to doctor for my mothers check-up but i couldn’t go as he was supposed to come) After waiting till 4.30 and wasting my entire day called Tukaram at 4.30 again, at that ime he told me that the work is not done yet and it is not possible to deliver the AC till monday . ( Again it is surprising that how come he is notaware that work is not done before making commitment of saturday, moreover it s also surprising that getting fan motor repaired taken that much time) He wasted my time and gave me metal suffering as well. By the time is is almost 10 days that i have given my AC and advance money but not got the work done. Moving on, in Saturdays call Tukaram promised me to get the AC done till monday otherwise he will return the AC. kept waiting till monday but i never got a call from them on monday also . At monday evening tried calling Tukaram but he never picked the phone. I again tried calling also on Tuesday morning to afternoon but nobody picked up the call at their office. At around 3 in noon called the Customer care number of Vestar and told the story to their Customer service executive. That lady placed a Conference call with one senior guy from vestar whos name was pramod ( not really sure of name) and he introduced himself as regional Manager of service. told entire story to him and he promised me that he will resolve the issue till Wednesday 3 P.M and will deliver the Ac. i also asked him to make that commitment on mail to which he refused. On Wednesday day 29 April at around 3 I got call from Mr. Tukaram . He again told me that he is not able to find the motor in Mumbai or something like that. Plus total repair work will cost you 7500 as he now again found the problem in PCB (earlier he denied the problem in PCB and made discovery of problem in fan motor) .Additionally he told me that there was problem in capacitor also (Again surprising discovery !!!) Eventually agreed to that sum also and told him to deliver the AC urgently but he told me that it is not possible to deliver him in less that 3-4 days ( Again surprise that despite keeping AC for more that 15 days not able to solve the problem and replacing such normal parts takes so much time) . I asked to give that commitment in mail looping Mr pramod his so called regional manager . He then took step back and told me i will get back to you in few minutes on exact delivery date. He never called back . At EOD i again called him about delivery date and he told me that he will call me on next day by having word with Pramod. He never called me on next day neither i know the status of work. On 2 may 2015 i called customer care of Vestar and took the numbers of senior official of vestat.I tried to call them but they never picked the call As you can see here there is sheer waste of time. Fraud of my AC machine by making new story every time and extremely pathetic customer service also. How come company like vestar cant make the estimates right at first place despite charging for it. Moreover even after making wrong estimates no clarity has been given from them about problems, its we have to reach to them. The most important is that even after taking so lon time of almost 19 days problem is not solved. Neither do any of their official is willing to resolve it . I herby request you to please help me in this matter
