Dear Corporation Officers
Iam J.Joshiva Anand Residing in VGN Stafford, p Block, Thirumullaivoyal. Here there's problem with increasing stray Dogs population in our society for long time. Now the numbers have increased even more and they are attacking our CHILDREN AND ELDERLY PEOPLE.
There's an incident happened yesterday night, a Girl child has been Chasen by 4 dogs and been bitten. Please Help us by removing the stray dogs from our society and make us feel safe. Thanks in advance .

We the residents of VGN Stafford are suffering a lot from the menace caused by the stray dogs. They are chasing and attacking people. They also bit a few residents. We are feeling unsafe in our own gated community. We are unable to walk freely out of fear thst we may get attacked anytime. Please take the necessary action to ensure our safety.

This to inform you that we are residing at VGN STAFFORD .Our people are facing the problem of stray dogs and they are roaming mostly in Q, R, P blocks. Their groups aredangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They are chasing towards motorbike . People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

There is huge problem, with increase of stray dogs within VGN STAFFORD premises, which are now repeatedly attacking residents especially children and have chased and bitten many. These dogs are tearing seats of two wheelers. They have tear seat of my both bikes. Most of the times after returning from office these dogs have attacked me. They come in packs. I have small kid of 6 years old. We are not sending her to play in parks. We don't have time to be with our kid every time as we are in office. If we send my kid with my parents. They too are not capable to handle the situation one or two dogs we can understand sir but a pack of 6 -7 dogs it's difficult to handle. It's extremely terrifying situation for VGN STAFFORD residents and therefor request you to send dog catcher to remove all the stray dogs on urgency. Thanks a lot.

In our Apartment ( VGN Stafford, Thirumullaivoyal), many stray are there which attack kids and some motorists who pass near them. Day by day their count and attacks are increasing, As a parent, we feel fear to send our kids alone to the parking areas. Kindly take immediate action. Thanks in advance.

Hello Team, In VGN STAFFORD, Thirumullaivoyal we have lots of stray dogs within the premises. Elderly people and more often kids are getting bitten and chaced by the dogs. We can hear atleast 2 or 3 cases within a week. This has become a serious threat to our society. Kindly help rid of these dogs from our campus. Thanks

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of stray dogs in our community. This problem has become a cause of concern for the residents, and it is affecting our quality of life and Children's and Elders safety .

In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of stray dogs in our VGN STAFFORD society . These dogs are roaming all over the society promises and even reaching 4th floors, causing disturbances and posing a threat to the safety of residents, especially children and the elderly.

The presence of these dogs has made it difficult for residents to carry out daily activities such as walking, jogging or cycling. In addition, the noise from their barking is disrupting the peaceful environment of our society .

I would like to request the Municipal Corporation to take immediate action to address this issue. Some measures that could be taken include capturing and relocating these dogs to a safe and secure location, or setting up shelters for them. It is also necessary to undertake measures to prevent the birth of more stray dogs.

Furthermore, I urge the Municipal Corporation to take measures to raise awareness among the residents of our society about the importance of responsible pet ownership . This will help to prevent the problem from arising again in the future.

I would appreciate it if you could take prompt action on this matter, as it is o[censored]tmost importance to the safety and wellbeing of the residents of our community.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF STREET DOG NEAR Q BLOCK AND FEELS VERY SCARY .
Many elderly people and kids are residing here and it's very dangerous to stay along with.

We have many stray dogs inside the complex posing dsnger to senior citizens and kids in tge society.
Request concerned authority to view this as serious problem in the safety of residents and remove these stray dogs ftom society.

I recently bought a 2 BHK apartment from VGN Stafford. It is quite large and looks very luxurious.

My friend suggested this place and visited upon his suggestion. VGN stafford is really amazing and I will surely recommend it to my friends.

Here the Disturbance of street dog is more and it distroying our car bikes .. Last night my 2000 worth shoes and chappal got bite by these dogs.
Today morning a dog was about to Bite a Kid lucky we saved..
This will affect the kids and thier health..

I have recently moved in to VGN Developers residential project VGN Stafford in Ambattur. VGN Stafford is located in a prime area which has schools colleges and hospitals situated nearby makes the roads really busy in the evening and morning and it really becomes hard for pedestrians to use the road. The signals are not maintained and so are the zebra crossing it would be better there would be someone to take control of the traffic rules as children cross the road for the school bus, and the vehicles don't seem to follow any speed limit we would request VGN Developers and Owner's Association to follow up this issue and put pressure on the concerned authorities as soon as possible and avoid any future unfortunate situation.

Thanks for sharing your concerns. I am in the same boat! I booked a 3Bd roomflat with VGN STAFFORD in 2012 based on their good reviews back then. I haven't received my flat as of Feb 2016! They never provide any updates and whenever I reach out to them, all I hear are excuses! They suck at Customer Service. They had the audacity to demand my payments without fulfilling their part of their commitment. I am an active investor in Indian real estate and I will never ever go back to VGN again!
