We own a 1200 sft plot in Vgp arjun town purchased in 1996 which is now understood to be under a court case.
Recently we were approached by a third party informing that an ex Mun Councillor is ready to buy the plot at 8 to 10 lacs which is hardly 20% of present market value. We were also informed that this is the only best opportunity available to get some returns from the plot. There are many plot owners in similar state with regards...

We bought 2 plots from VGP in 1990s in Rose Land and are now unable to sell them as the plots are also registered in the names of 2 other buyers. This is total fraud as VGP not only took the money from us but also from the other 2 buyers. When you call them they do not answer and their staff make excuses for them. These fraudsters should be taken to court and charged for taking money from innocent buyers....

We have invested rs.9075/ rupees during 1995-97 period (Bangalore) in teak plantation project.

The project was closed and in 2002 and sebi ordered (Via court) to settle the amount to the consumers

Enquiring at the bangalore office, we were asked to visit the chennai branch.
Even after visiting the chennai branch, every-time there is some or the other story!
However even after 15 years of followup, there is still no end to it.

I purchased plot no a -218 in bangalore view vgp lay out. I visited the site on 27/07/2017. Boundary exists only from front. Identification numbers of plot do not exist now. Noticed few plots with barbed wire fencing.
Remarkable to note that, the surrounding are is getting developed and, the property, if developed will have immense value.
It is also clear that all o[censored]s, i. E owner of properties in vgp layouts have been done...

At the time of purchase we were told soon we will be able to construct as VGP is awaiting for water and electricity connection. Ever since we have been following up with VGP and they said some more time until we were informed that suddenly out of the blue there's a court case and the property is now under...

v had got 3 couple tickets... rs 7500 wen for waste.. very poor mgt n organisers. We reached pretty late around 9 30 but those who reached around 8 itself din get food. By the time we reached all were heading back with disappointment. It was a very bad act.. vgp mgt spoiled 1000's of ppls new yr.which not even money can repay. There were so many familys with small kids who came to celebrate but every1 were cheated. It seemed all planned. After a while ppl there got violent n started breaking stuffs like chairs n lights, cant blame dem for doin so.worst part is despite so much incidents happening inside out side the volunteers wer still selling tickets but for lesser amt.

We invested in a plot of land with VGP, Saidapet, Chennai in 2008. Prior to that, we have been dealing with VGP since 1995 from London UK.

We have now retired and would like to sell our investments. We have been asking VGP for the last two years to liquidate our account and refund our money. VGP are not responding. They have blocked my email account and all my emails are sent back to me as undelivered....
