Delivered one painting not as same mentioned, now for returning that taking ages also with unrealistic policy that it should be in good condition, 20% will be deducted for shipping and if they do not find as same they will not refund.
I myself saying product not delivered as mentioned over website then whose fault, why customer would pay for everything. Any suggestion how to deal, they are torturing us. It is hard earned money, could not check the review early that was the mistake, I did. It worst in this digital world.

On several emails also not taking action.

ODVC[protected] Return Request - I placed return request no proper support from the customer care. They post only good reviews in the website. When you post their issues about the product quality or poor support and poor return policy, your post will be removed. Don't believe the reviews. My return request more than 20 emails and following it for 2 months still not got my returns. Even if the product damaged while you receive replacing it very very difficult.

Same email for the past 2 months I am receiving no use.

No one has responded yet. We just get useless auto generated response mails.

On 20-Jan-2024, I placed an order for painting which costs Rs. 3200/- on www.vibescrafts.com and received the product on 25-Jan-2024.

Absolutely shocked to see that the delivered product was not a painting but printed sheet in a frame. Placed a return request on the same day immediately via e-mail.(as no other mode of contact was available in their website).

Vibecrafts have no call back number and they will never reply your mail or messages, I have been messaging and mailing them since the day I receive their product, because I want to return the product and get a refund, but their representative called me after 10 days and told me that the refund period is over and to keep the product, please friends let’s stop this kind of scam going online, how can we trust online business if they cheat and scam people

I have trusted vibecrafts and order product but when it’s time to return/ refund nobody is responding to my mail or messages, by cheating customers how long you will run business, it should be built on trust, you cannot get more rich by cheating someone hard earn money
Please look into my issue and refund my money

I have been messaging and mailing them since the day I recieve the product because I am not happy with the product, but there is no reply, they do not have any contact number, this is a fraud and scam company

I am waiting for return for my order Id ODVC24278207 Amount Rs 9280/- since last two months. In beginning customer care representative told me that pickup will be done in 7 days . And that 7 days never comes.

we recived broken n cheap material product... it is so flimsy, cannot even keep brass or any books... only paper weight items can be placed... the whole product is a cheap make including charger... not worthy of 5500/-
asked for refund, no one response
nobody picks the call.
called/messaged/mailed them multiple
times... no one talks back.
plz do not waste your hard earned.
these guys have no value for money, they simple loot for others to prosper!

Cheap China products are being advertised as premium products on this website. Beware, do not purchase. THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU EVEN REVIEW THEIR PRODUCT AND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU REFUND. I am still waiting on a refund on a cheap product from these filthy people.

Order Marked As Delivered but Not Received:

This issue was raised on 06-Jul, and after 12 days there is no update except the standard response that we'll get back.

There is no progress updates, no ETA, no tracking and no follow ups.

This is a very bad customer experience.

Please be careful while purchasing from this aite.

I ordered for some canvas paintings and other items to be shipped to US. The total cost was Re 13K. After I placed the order I received order confirmation mail. But after that no shipping confirmation and its been 2 weeks since. When I tried to reach to the listed numbers one of the number is down and the other whatsapp number no one is picking up. Pls. do not buy anything from here.

I have ordered a canvas painting online for Jesus through this site of 2400₹. After delivery in January ending around, I got to know that the top crown of Jesus and the legs are cut in the painting for that dimension.
I have registered a complaint immediately and a feedback for this query and ask for a correct painting or refund amount. Bad thing is they are not publishing negative reviews for their products, i have tried multiple times. Now when we are in printing business, It’s a common sense that nothing to be cut while printing, need to adjust the dimensions always whatever is required in that.. they took nearly 2 months just to hear my response and understanding of the matter through emails and whatsapp. No one from their customer care team is calling back. Seriously pathetic service.
Even after 2.5 months they are reducing 300₹ and agreed to refund only 2000₹ just because I have returned that product due to quality issues. I am not able to understand if they have quality issues, why customer have to pay for.!!! For similar products sold in other websites are ensuring full refund even i[censored] don’t like the product. !! And these guys are looting customers. Even today also, after so much argument, They are still not ready to refund my full amount or the correct product I have requested. They said if customers don’t like their product quality and return it, our policy is to deduct 15% of amount. That’s unacceptable.
