Rajagopalan.v.s. — Cheating

i was holding a savings account with icici bank and one fine day morning my 50000.00 rs lost without any reason when i enquired about the money they told your cheque was returned.

I sent one cheque for collection before 6 months and the amount credited to my bank.

After 6 months they are not even willling agree that they have made a mistake of passing the cheque before 6 months without having the fund in the account holder.

Also they are hiding the facts and till today no returned cheque received nor any reply for my money.

Will i get any responce from the icici ??

I appreciate your intention of giving a forum for customers with
grievances to vent it in the appropriate manner. Unfortunately there
is every possibility of this forum being misused


The only objective of the complainant ( Mr Dhanasekaran ) is to misuse 'the google search advantage' provided by
your forum. There is no element of truth in his complaint. If there
was any element of truth, he would have approached the law enforcing
agencies long ago. I have been corresponding with him after this
malicious post was presented in your forum and insisting him to
approach the local police station or civil court for lodging a
complaint or seeking a remedy. Im sure his case is unsustainable and
he has no material evidence to support his claims. HE HAS NOT LODGED
ANY COMPLAINT WITH THE LOCAL POLICESTATION. This is because the
police, after a preliminary enquiry found out NO MATERIAL EVIDENCE in
his claims!

Mr Dhanasekaran is indulging in 'blackmailing' using internet. It is
sad that a right-thinking administration like yours and its services
are being indirectly used/ exploited for this purpose!

The complainant has used terms like 'fraud', 'cheated', 'victim' and
included 'vidhyasthaan' and ' manik rajagopalan' in the content
prominently to ensure that this post features eternally in the google
search.

The complainant is committing an offence not with any weapon but with
his brain. You are being used/ exploited in this process.

Its laughable, silly and ridiculous that someone takes more than two years to file a complaint.I'm sure in Dec 2012 too, Mr Dhanasekar will claim that he will file a complaint against us. WHO OR WHAT IS STOPPING YOU ?

I reiterate that Mr Dhanasekar is welcome to initiate legal action against us. I challenge him to either approach the local police station and register FIR or pray for a direction from a Magistrate's court to the police to register a case against us.

The fact is that after a preliminary investigation the police found NO PRIMA FACIE CASE against us. Mr Dhanasekar is also aware that he has no case against us. His allegations are totally false and baseless. By posting in this manner he is violating many provisions of law. We are contemplating to initiate legal action against him for perpetrating this slanderous post. We know who is behind this arrow ( Mr Dhanasekar )

Manik is a pucca fraud 100%. The sad part is that he grabs of the money who are trying to find a job to come out of poverty, or some poor kid who aspires to go abroad for his studies. He made me to cry until blood came out my eyes...Never ever trust him. But even today he finds victims, inspite of all this fraud. Never ever give your money to this a**hole. He will screw your future. I had to suffer like anything after I handed over the money based on his honey coated words he spoke. For the mistake I did, I had undergone enough, still the money is settled. I have umpty number of returned cheques from this . Please brothers and sisters, never ever give money to this based on his honey coated words.
By seeing Manik's replies, I feel that this is proud that he is able to cheat innocent students, and he is very cautious in taking the money from the people with out having any proof. He can speak nice [censored]ing words that you will fall for him. His whole family is frauds. His parents stays with him in the floor below the office and will say that they dont know him. Both of his parents are frauds. There will be only one parents in the world who wants his kid to cheat other and that is Manik's parents. I was threatened by his parents too, family fraud business. They are proud about it.

i am dhanasekar from sathyamangalam... erode(dt)... once i contacted manik rajagopalan regarding forieg studies.. ans educational loans... he asked me to pay 180000 for doing the work... and i paid it.. after that he not at all responding me ... after 1 1/2 years passed he agreed to give my money back.. but still he not repaid my money... and that girl ishwarya is also included in this scam.. if i called him not at all answering me.. thereatning me.. and my family.... two years passed he just answering that u have no choice u need to wait.. .............. is there anybody to help me regarding this problem.. is there any way to get my money back from him... plz answer me...([protected])... is there any way to complaint him to a higher level...he had send me a fake addmission letter in the name of lchrm university london

Better file the complaint in commissioner of police. he do have political background. but no need to worry about it. They are all local parties. take this issue to the higher level. EX: Nakkeeran media or
soluuvathu ellam unnmai or vijay tv. then he will pay your money back. already lot of cases taken to the police station. no worries you will get your money back. dont get advise from anyone. escalate this issue to higher level do not walk to his office or dont call him. people always take serious action when its comes to media. remember he is the smart aXX. first collect proof.

Please follow his advice. He is a savior.

Dejected by his utter failure in his professional life, Mr Rajaram Rajamohan is indulging in this mud slinging. The author of the previous post is a man of great common sense. He discovered a novel way of busting his stress and frustration - casting aspersions on me, my character and my work. His parents and new - wife are also equal partners in this crime. The major variation in their modus-operandi is that they donot employ the internet in perpetrating this crime. Im thankful to this man for the countless innuendos and slurs he hurled at me. Im most peaceful and most powerful in my entire life on account of his contribution on the internet. I'm at such a stage in life that when you shower poison on my field, I earn better and greater harvest. I commited no mistakes and he can continue to post a million such slanderous posts, he cannot shake or move me or my good work even a bit.
