Vidiem Wet Grinder Complaints & Reviews

We bought Vidiem Table Top Grinder 1 year back. Now it is not working. Moreover 3 years warranty. but whenever we called no proper support. They always says, will come in 2 days. like that almost 3 months gone. This is the only company where they dont care about customers. It is a bad experience with Maya Appliances (Preethi + Vidiem). We need to be careful while purchasing from this manufacturer...

Vidiem grinder has lot for technical issues, Motor Heating, Takes long time to grind etc., we purchased this grinder at Rathna stores 30 days back.but right now we are facing lot of tech issues.

So i request you to not to buy this grinder...
