I want to apply for education loan for my undergraduate B.Tech course but the website isn't allowing me to apply because I have a registration on jansamarth website.
I haven't received any loan/amount from that website.
When I tried to contact to helpdesk of vidyalakshmi portal they asked me to contact helpdesk of jansamarth and unregister me from there. But jansamarth portal helpdesk isn't helpful as they said they can not unregister me.
Kindly help me out, I belong from a financially weak family and in order to complete my studies, I have to take an education loan.

I am going to join the Oxford college of management studies in Bangalore for the course MBA. I have applied education loan through Vidyalakshmi. I request you to update me with the status. I have applied for three banks and when IB bank rejected, I applied canara bank instead so to get education loan in any of the banks faster. When it being processed I went to all the banks in which I have applied. Canara bank told me that they provide only for the students who apply for 7.5L. SBI bank told me that they only provide for the branch customers but I am not a customer of SBI rather I am a customer of Indian Bank. Bob bank asked me in which I had bank account and I told them that my application was rejected for insufficient details for which I have filed grievance to IB bank. I request you to update me with the status of my application as I have to pay the fees in the coming month. Thank you.

I applied for vidyalakshmi loan scheme for education loan on December 25, 2021 after which the loan was approved by bank but the main hurdle is that it is not processed back to bank by vidyalakshmi and also the phone no of vidyalakshmi portal are dead and having no response to me on mail or on calls either and going their office is not a easy task for me. please help me
