I want to apply for education loan for my undergraduate B.Tech course but the website isn't allowing me to apply because I have a registration on jansamarth website.
I haven't received any loan/amount from that website.
When I tried to contact to helpdesk of vidyalakshmi portal they asked me to contact helpdesk of jansamarth and unregister me from there. But jansamarth portal helpdesk isn't helpful as they said they can not...

I applied for vidyalakshmi loan scheme for education loan on December 25, 2021 after which the loan was approved by bank but the main hurdle is that it is not processed back to bank by vidyalakshmi and also the phone no of vidyalakshmi portal are dead and having no response to me on mail or on calls either and going their office is not a easy task for me. please help me...
