Subject: Petition regarding Non-provision of electricity to Siddarth 9th Block 2F and Regarding issues and fixes in the new flat purchased.

We have bought our flat in Vijay Shanthi Boulevard and the first payment was done in 2017 itself. They was a huge delay in the handover which has cost a lot of financial burden on me and my family.

Recently your Team has informed that the flat is completed and ready for handover. Hence I have also released the final payment to take possession of the flat. I have also informed them that we are about to do the housewarming and a family is to occupy the flat since October(I have also sent your team an invitation sample). The team has agreed for this and agreed to facilitate the smooth handover, but all of the sudden they are disappointing my family without any humanity.

Despite knowing my situation the CRM team and Site team has removed the electricity which was given to my flat. I have my tenant who has paid me the advance 50K which I have given to Sales team for the final settlement. I have promised them that I will hand over them the house since October just because of the promise made by the CRM/Sales teams. But now after the final payment, the attitude of your employees are completely getting changed and gives me a lot of obsession.

Every time when I call a different person takes the call and pretends as if they are not aware of the commitment made by the other sales/CRM person. I have Kirthika J, Reka, Jayashree who handles my calls and every time they give different answers or never picks my call. Rebecca is the only person who picks my calls and responds properly till date.

I was informed by Kirthika that the handover will be smooth for occupancy since October later she has sent us an email on the same. But now she completely changed the topic that she has just promised for the handover and occupancy but not about electricity. Sir, Do you think that a family can occupy in a flat without electricity?

We know 3 families who are settled in the same block(9th floor) who is residing in the same flat, I was also provided with electricity the same way from the common electricity. But based on biased/priority the team has removed the power supply from my house just to accommodate some other.

Now the tenant who has paid the Advance gives us a lot of pressure that they will take legal action if I don't hand over the house to them. There is a bad situation I face just because of improper communication from your team. I am paying my house loan interest, the interest for the lump sum given for final settlement and interest for other small finances I have got. Hence I am in a situation to escalate this to you for taking up further necessary action please.

I can provide you with the below evidences if required,
- Registration copy of my flat & payment slips
- Voice recording regarding the Sheet car parking(With Rebecca)
- Recording regarding the handover of the house and my intimation regarding housewarming
- Emails regarding the handover and final settlement
- Images of issues reported in the construction of the flat
- Loan statements if required

What do I need now?

1. Electricity
- All I need is Electricity at the earliest
- At first they said it will be on October then Udaikumar told that it will be befor Nov 15th but yesterday Recca/Kirithka told it will be on December- All I need is electricty from common supply until the offical power supply is established(Worst case from November I need the common supply)
2. Construction bugs fix
- There are a lot of construction issues highlighted to Udaikumar which is not taken care properly(Images attached)

- Common bathroom leakage from 9th floor 3F house toilet
- Pati is very bad, uneven surface in the rooms
- Kitchen board and room switches inclined(Main room and Study room is proper but not the other room).
- There is Gap in the fan provision
- The main door is not properly aligned(Vasakal is not straight)

Hence please look into the issue and update me at the earliest.

It would be great if you can address the Toilet leakage and Pati at the earliest.

We bought a flat in the boulevard project by "vijayshanthi builders" in 2013 as they were referred as reputed builder by some acquaintance. The initial hand over date promised by them was dec 2013. However after numerous follow-up emails, phone calls, and personal visits, the project is no-where near completion as of

No environmental clearance obtained. There is no TNPCB NOC, or approval. There is no fire and rescue department NOC obtained. DTCP order dated 10/09/09 clearly says planning approval by MLPA and local authority should be given only after obtaining NOC from fire and safety department. In spite of that MLPA and local authorities have given plan approval. Hence plan approval given itself is at stake. There is no completion certificate obtained which is mandatory. Hence the building is not legal. We are concerned with the continued possession of property. Building construction is of poor quality. There are cracks on the walls within 2 years of construction. Door frames are getting dislodged. Ventilators and windows frame have not been plastered. 80% of corridor and street lights are not glowing. No fire hydrant system is installed. In two houses, one in Tower16 and the other in tower 20 B, fire accident damages were significantly high. As per tripartite agreement and various government orders the builder has to make arrangement for water for drinking and water for other uses. Still no provision has been made for sustainable source of water. DTCP order dated 10/09/09 and Gazette notification dated 10/06/2009 have specified 21 conditions to be implemented by the respondent. None of them have been completed so far. I request has to take legal action this fraud builders and now im worried all my invested 30 lakhs money is gone. If government demolish it due to no legall approval taken.

I live in a First floor apartment in Ragini Apartment (Vijayshanti Builders) and have been suffering from water seepage in the walls and roof of my flat. The flat was constructed in 2003-04 and I took possession of the new flat in 2004.
