SAMSUNG Fridge
I had purchased SAMSUNG fridge on 9th Sep, 2023 and fridge deliver to me on 10th Sep, 2023. After 4 hours I switched on the fridge as per the direction. I found that inside light of fridge was not working. I communicated to Vijay sales same day and ticket was logged to SAMSUNG. Engineer verified the defect and go away. VijaySales delivery manager Yogesh not picking the phone and I do not have any clue what to do.
I want to return this defective fridge.

Vijaysales is a big fraud. They sell low quality products, don’t provide any service and do not bother with any warranty. They are looting the customers. Don’t trust on vijaysales.

I'd purchase 2 led to 32&39 vise co.dt.26 jan 2015.they notdeliver up to28 jàn.i personally ask whats problem said 39" stock not available i give another tv same price.Isaid ok the send on 29jan total cost₹40 thouand his add in mumbai mirror purchase above 20000/ he give charge able lamp1200/ cost.but he is given his sales man bhandari n atul.in mira road show room i had adjusted with phillipa tv price ..I ask him what is my fault.pl reply.

I Want to Escalate to Vijay sales Vasai tania planet babhola naka.
All the sale & service manager making fool & Wrong commitment .
I Had purchase Micromax 32 inch LEd tv on[protected].
As per the add the mobile is free with the tv set .Sales person commit me 3 day after the Set will deliver by courier .
I Had call to micro max About the same they said the product is out o stock .
This is really fake commitment all the time i call to service desk of vijay sales they give me different different answer
* Day before i call the store manager commit me that u will revived the hand set after 3 to 4 day
Today when i call them again the lady shock me up . She said ur installation was not done and the document was not submitted.
All this people make fool

When my free hand sent is going to deliver
Waiting or qiock responce

Looking into my issue is as simple as writing on stone. I have told you that Vijay Sales people from, Pune, Use laptop display after few months the same laptop sold to me with used warranty and informing me that it is Brand new, believing on Vijay sales and HP I have paid (Not Free) and start using. After few days it started problem and finally I have got blank screen. I have called customer care and checked warranty, for utter shock and shameless job I would love to salute your business ethics management and endeavor towards cheap success.
Now instead of solving this issue, your reply is "as per our records" (That keep it with you. As I am interested in Amicable solution.). I think that you people are not serious or dont care at all but you are not aware that crime already done, which may attract criminal charges (Legally Speaking.) and may harm you both as Brands (Technically Speaking).
finally its your wish, What results you are looking forward, I am clear at mind, I have paid for new product and I want new product.
You have to answer me " why you have cheated me ?"
No further exchange of mail possible, I have lots of better to do.
Act or let me act.
